It was ok. They seemed to get off to a great start and seemed in a bit of a hurry in the end. Also, I had just had the house cleaned and they made a bit of a mess on the inside. The windows themselves, for the most part, look good.
Description of Work: Cleaned interior and exterior windows of vacant house. Also cleaned two exterior ceiling fans.

WE WOULD LIKE TO RESPOND TO THE THREE NEGATIVE REMARKS WHICH INCLUDE: 1. THE FINAL PRICE GOING UP. 2. MAKING A BIT OF A MESS IN THE HOUSE. 3. COMPLAINING ABOUT THE WINDOWS. #1. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER BECAUSE THE HOMEOWNER WANTED MORE WORK DONE WHEN WE GOT THERE. #2. WE WEAR BOOTIES ON OUR SHOES AND HAVE BUCKETS AND HIP BUCKETS FOR OUR WATER. WE ALSO WALK WITH THE HOMEOWNER THROUGH THE HOUSE ASKING THEM TO PLEASE SHOW US ANYTHING THEY DON'T LIKE SO WE CAN FIX IT. (IT IS NOT RUSHED BY THE WAY. AND EVERYONE APPRECIATES THE TIME WE TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH THEM.) WE STRIVE FOR REPEAT BUSINESS NOT A BUNCH OF ONE TIME CLEANS. IF THERE WAS A MESS, I DIDN'T SEE IT AND THE HOMEOWNER DIDN'T CARE TO MENTION IT TO US. #3. THE MUNTONS OR MULLIONS AS SOME FOLKS CALL THEM ON HER WINDOWS WERE FALLING APART AND WERE OLD. THEY ARE THE CROSS-BARS YOU ATTACH ON THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOW. IF YOU TRY TO WASH THE WINDOW, WATER LEAKS BEHIND THE BARS AND SINCE THE HOMEOWNER DIDN'T WANT THEM TAKEN OUT WE HAD TO CLEAN THEM SLOWLY AND METHODICALLY AS TO NOT BREAK ANY. I GUESS SHE INTERPRETED OUR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE HAD TO DO TO CLEAN HER WINDOWS AS COMPLAINING. SHE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND WE HOPE SHE SELLS HER HOUSE. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU BUT PLEASE TELL US NEXT TIME BEFORE WE LEAVE IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN DO ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ASK. The three guys got busy right away and quickly cleaned the inside and outside of all of my windows. They removed and cleaned the screens and wiped out the tracks. Deland was also nice enough to clean my shower doors. I was impressed that they covered their shoes before coming in the house. They were very nice and efficient and I would use them again.
Description of Work: All of my windows and screens and three sets of French doors were cleaned.

THE REASON WE CHARGE FOR THE TRACKS SEPARATELY IS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE DON'T WANT THEIR TRACKS CLEANED. SOME FOLKS NEVER OPEN THEIR WINDOWS SO THEY DON'T WANT US TO LIFT THE WINDOW UP AND CLEAN WERE THE WINDOW LAYS IN THE TRACK. WE DON'T WANT TO CHARGE PEOPLE FOR THINGS THEY DON'T WANT CLEANED. IT IS NOT FAIR AND IT IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS. WE DO NOT HIDE THE FACT THAT WE CHARGE FOR TRACKS. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED.

They did an excellent job, although I thought the price was a little high. They came out when they said they would for the estimate as well as for the work. They were clean cut and professional. I did not mind having them in my house at all. They brought all of their own supplies.
