Great service. Carpets looked great after cleaning.

Two gentlement came out, middle-aged and professional in appearance. They were on time, and they called prior to arrival as I requested. The price they quoted was exactly the price I was charged without and unexpected changes or tricks or add-ons. As others have stated in their own reviews, they did what they said they'd do, and they charged what they said they'd charge, and the work was good.

They did a good job. They came out when they said they would and they did what they were supposed to do.

They responded in one day. The whole experience was as friendly and professional as it gets.

The lady who spoke to me was straightforward and said that they are not going to offer any guarantee for the stain protection that they do on the furniture. It was not the price but it was the service without guarantee that set me back. I am not going to use them in future.

They arrived on time and thoroughly explained what would be done. They did the work in a timely and thorough manner.

I called and spoke with Debbie, who gave me exact prices on cleaning for each piece, and a total estimate. She was very personable and scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, with a 2 hour window. Butch and Dave arrived on time, and completed all cleaning in 45 minutes. They were thorough and fast. I will use them again for carpet cleaning, and maybe my dining room chairs.

They are very professional, trustworthy and courteous. They did a good job.

Carpet cleaning was fair, they didn't move as much as we would like, they didn't use the discs to place under sofas feet when placing it back on wet carpet. I would never use them again.

First, the lady on the phone was very nice, and they had exactly the appt. time/date I wanted. I called on Monday for a Thursday morning appt. On the day of the appt, the 2 guys came at exactly 8:00, as scheduled. I actually saw them parked down the block when I was walking my dog at 7:45, but they were nice enough to not surprise me with an early visit. (My maintenance man always shows up at 7:15 when he says he'll be there between 7:30 and 7:45 - and it drives me CRAZY.) I used Stanley Steemer when I got the carpets cleaned 6 months ago, but wanted to support a small business this time instead of a corporation. They did a good job, but when the carpet was still wet, I saw dog pee spots there still. CSS said that they did not see them. I didn't push the issue, and they are not visible now that the carpet is dry. I expected them to sell me an additional service for it, but they did not, and I would have said no anyway. Overall, it was fine and they were in and out in a timely manner.

I made an appointment with CSS to come out on a Wednesday. I was given an 11AM - 1PM window. As of 1:30 they had not shown up. I phoned and inquired as to their status and they told me they had the appointment down for Thursday. This was very frustrating to me as my wife took the day off to stay home and wait for someone to show up who never did. The customer service agent apologized but insisted the mistake was mine instead of theirs. I finally hung up and called my wife who agreed to go ahead and stay home on Thursday also to wait for them. I was so irritated with them for blowing us off on Wednesday that I opted not to phone them and reconfirm this with them (though I never told them not to come). I sent an email to the address posted on Angie's List and told them to please come out on Thursday anyway. As you can guess -- here it is Thursday at 2pm and they were another no show. I phoned them back and she said she attempted to call me (though she didn't consider leaving a message) at home and when I didn't answer she assumed I didn't want their business. While the assumption was false yesterday -- it's completely warranted today.

Butch and Dave actually arrived on time and I was not home yet. They were waiting for me and were very understanding and very pleasant. They came in and looked at the areas needed to clean. They both were very nice and professional. Butch and Dave worked very well together. They worked fast and were very detailed. They removed every stain in my carpet that I had thought was perm. damaged. They both were very nice to my children and cautious (making sure my kids were safe before moving the hoses) who were very interested in the big hose through our house.

Everything went very smoothly, and very quickly. They arrived right on time, and were done with the whole house in about 2 hours.

Butch and Dave arrived right at the designated time. They were both very pleasant and professional. We had quite a few stains and they cleaned them with no problem. They were very thorough and wasted no time. They did an excellent job and both the carpet and tile look great.

The employees arrived on schedule and completed the work on time and with the original quoted price. Their cleaning price included what many companies charge as extras.

Both gentlemen (Butch and Dave) arrived within the prescribed window (11-1) time frame. From there, a walk through the house to show what I wanted cleaned, and we then discussed the price to complete the job. This was the same quote that I was given over the phone, which really surprised me! The entire job was completed in just over one hour and my carpets had never looked better! I have had other personnel clean them and they never were able to remove some of the stains, which CSS did. More importantly, the carpets looked like they were brand new and since I have Berber carpet, I didn't think that would be possible! Likewise, both my couch and recliner look great and smell so fresh! Both of these gentlemen were true professionals and very pleasant to work with! They answered all of my questions, were kind and polite and then treated everything in my home as if it were theirs.

I was very happy. I have been using them for a long time. They speed cleaned the tiles, so the price was a little higher than usual, but it was well worth it because the tiles in the kitchen look like new. I can honestly say that the quality of their work is excellent.

I found them on Angie's List. Called and spoke with a very friendly, informed woman. They had an opening for the next day which I happily accepted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had been with the company for years. Did their job quickly and I had plenty of time to go on about my day.

Still had spots and had to come back and I will have to call them again for more spots. They are very nice and have not hassled me about coming back to get the spots out.

I have used this company for approximately 10 years and have always been delighted with the results. They are very professional and knowledgeable about difficult spot removal.

The cleaners were professional courteous, and treated my carpet as if it were their own! I was overwhelmed with the service. They corrected and cleaned a stain that was left by another cleaner I would recommend them to all who want a great carpet cleaning.

All furniture was already moved out and two men were in and out in 45 minutes. A few spots we had lived with for three years were gone in that time! Everything was explained; they were on time and friendly. I would definitely use CSS again, and I would recommend them.

The woman who made the appointment was very nice and helpful. The two men who cleaned everything were very nice and knew what they were doing. They were on time and very quick. My house looked wonderful. I would definitely use them again.
