+ -1 moreI spoke to him over the phone regarding a problem that I was having with a water treatment system. I had hired another company install a water purification system and they put it in a bad position on the exterior of my home. The company installed the system in constant sun, which was not proper. I called Bill Dearolf and explained the situation. He advised that the system should be moved. Later his secretary called me back and told me that he did not want to take the job.
Description of Work: I called and asked him for help.

+ -1 moreBill showed up soon after I called on a Friday. He determined that the well pipe would have to be pulled out of the ground. They were very busy, so the repair had to wait until today, Tuesday. Repair was done very professionally. I'll definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Needed a new well pump installed for water to air ac system. Called him and he came by the next day to look at pump and verify size. Called me back that day with price and came out the following day to install. I had priced pumps (units only) and new about what to expect for cost of pump. Price was very fair and he was very responsive.
