I hired Winter Park Roofing based on their reputation and was not disappointed!! Great price, but we did get rescheduled twice. It also took several months to get the job completed, largely I’m sure due to recent storm damages in our area. We did not have any current leaks, so we chose to wait for them to be available. I would highly recommend them!!

it was a smoith process, the organization works with you and the people you interact with care, if something isnt right they correct it and make sure ita right. Mason, Andrea in their office and Corey their foreman we key to us feeling this way. The crews were professional, timley and cleaned up. We couldnt ask fo more and were happy we chose Winter Park Roofing!

After calling pretty much every local roofing company and being told they have a 2 week waiting list for repairs and repair estimates. I managed to get a couple local companies to come out, one wouldn't even quote a repair, only a reroof and our home isn't even 12 years old. We needed an immediate repair and I felt like the two quotes we did get were way more than they should have been so I called Winter Park Roofing. They were out within a few days to provide an estimate, and they were HALF the price that I had gotten from the two local companies. I called them and immediately asked to schedule them and they scheduled to come out 2 business days later to complete the repair. They were pleasant, on time, they did great work, the work is warrantied and they aren't price gouging, I HIGHLY recommend them!

Greg came out on September 28, 2017 to assess the roof. He went up there and took a look around. When he came down, he said he would talk with his dad and depending on how backed up he was, I would have an estimate by Friday, September 29 or Monday, October 2 at the latest. I sent a follow-up email on the afternoon of September 28 to confirm that I expected the estimate by Monday when I had a call scheduled with my insurance adjuster. In it, I stressed the need for a detailed estimate breaking out the tile part, the flat part, and the skylights. I didn't receive an estimate, by October 4 (Wednesday), so I sent an email to Andrea. No response, and nothing heard since. To be fair, Greg was very punctual and kept his commitment, unlike some other roofers. Also, my roof is rather complicated, and I understand that it might be beyond the capabilities of some roofers -- or perhaps, with all the hurricane business, they don't want to have to deal with difficult jobs. Who is to say why they didn't get back to me? But that's the thing. My professionalism grade of "F" reflects Winter Park Roofing leaving me hanging and not responding to emails. If you don't want to do my roofing job, the simple courtesy of telling me so is indicated. The "silent treatment" is NOT APPRECIATED.

The team that arrived knew where the issue was and explained what they were going to do. Additional work was needed that took 2 men on a hot roof a full day to repair. Their work is warranted. I was very comfortable through the whole process. The company is extremely busy so don't expect a five minute response when calling.

We went through the estimate, contract processing and it went well as we anticipated. We look forward to getting scheduled and a New Roof in the next couple of months, So far, so good, I will be back to tell you about the final steps.

We use Angies list often and chose to contact WPR to get an estimate a few months ago and we finally had someone get out to us, this of course due to the incredible demand for these services. During this process, there has been one person that has been A+ when it comes to transparency, followup and professionalism and that person is Mason Huenur WPR Admin. Mason, I'm sure this isn't a secret and we are certainly thankful. Looking forward to the next steps in the process.

We had a new roof installed by Winter Park Roofing, but it didn't stop the water for getting into the house. I finally took the issue seriouly and contacted Mr. Bell, on June 2017. He didn't want to show up after they realized, it was an under guarantee. He saw the roof and told me that the roof was in perfect condition. That he didn't notice anything wrong, but he would send someone anyway to fix it. After hearing that I called two different roofer companies for a roof evaluation. They both told me my roof was done incorrectly. We haven't heard from Mr. James Bell or his company. I finally hired a roofer that has fixed all the bad job this company did. I think he needs to give me my money back.

The job went well. WP Roofing repaired what other roofing companies failed to repair or respond to their poor work even after they were paid. Not WP Roofing. They resolved even the poor work of the other two companies did and haven't had a leak since- its been 2 years now. Be careful choosing!. Often the person that comes to give you an estimate is a broker and is paid a commission. WP roofing estimator was the supervisor and kept in contact for the 2 days they were here and afterward. They also didn't get paid till after the job was done . They cleaned up well too. I'm very specific about that. Details matter!

This is my second review, 3 years after the roof was installed. They did such a good job, and installed roof vents, which has lowered the interior temperature in the house, that I feel obligated to submit a second review about what a good job they did.

I really didn't have any interaction with them. I called them on the phone, they sent someone out and they sent me the estimate. They did what I asked. Their price was average, they came in the same as others; they didn't try to mark up the price. They came out quickly. They said they would come out in a day and they did. I only talked with the person on the phone, she was professional. I would consider using them in the future.

WPR was great and getting the boots repaired was easy and uneventful. No other work we've had done on our house has been uneventful, so it's truly a compliment. We will likely be contacting them again when our roof is in need of replacing some years down the line.

They replaced my ugly plastic dome skylights with nice new tempered glass skylights. Wonderful!

On 4/28/17, the roofers accidentally tore the kitchen vent off the ceiling while working on the roof vent. As of yesterday, 5/11, they had not made the repair. The excuse was they've been very busy, or they'll fix it today or tomorrow, but nothing has been done. I've given them more than a reasonable time to re-attach and paint around the edge of the vent, which is a simple fix. Following roof inspection, I signed a contract which specifically included Tapered Poly-iso insulation to create a pitch to code because my roof is flat. During re-roofing on 4/28, the Project Mgr. called me and said there was a problem. They needed to add more insulation to bring the roof to the level of the gutters. It will cost an additional $1,500, or I will need to have the gutters lowered. So I paid them an additional $1,500. Why was this found after a roof inspection had been performed, I don't understand. I am an out-of-state owner.

From the first phone call to request an estimate until the final invoice was paid I experienced nothing but excellence from this company. Mason, the office point of contact, was professional, efficient and committed to customer satisfaction. The on site crew did a great job and the final invoice was the exact estimate given. The company also provided a two year workmanship warranty. Highly recommend this company.

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. And the result looks very good....the shingles are matched with the old ones perfectly.

They were very professional. Every aspect of the work was explained to us. They answered every question we had and it was explained to us so we could understand everything. The crew was on time and kept the area clean. When completed the work and left the site, you would never know that they were here. I would highly recommend WINTER PARK ROOFING to any home owner that needed their roof replaced.

Started a little later than originally scheduled. Came up a few bundles of shingles short. Had to wait till after the weekend in order to complete the job.

The guys were on time and worked very hard. They cleaned up the debris effectively after each day. This is the first roof I ever had replaced and the foreman Bryon was pleasant and patient.
