James Bell.....put his name at the top of your list. Very professional roofing expert. I had a roof leak into the garage and James came out in no time to assess the situation and get it fixed. He charged very reasonable prices compared to others and the level of knowledge he has is equivalent to having a Ph.D. in roofing. He has that depth and breadth of experience in roofing. Customer service and attention to detail are both huge assets in the way James does business. Sets the gold standard in roofing. Without reservations, I would recommend James and his business.

I came home from shopping one day and found a hole in my utility room. I hired Winter Park Roofing based on their Angie's List referrals. When they went to remove the old roofing, they found a lot of rotted boards so they ended up replacing those as well. They only replaced the portions of my roof that were flat. They did a good job. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of work and the guarantee that he provided. They arrived on time everyday and they cleaned up everything nicely. I have a dog and they made sure to go through my yard with a magnet to make sure they got all the nails so my dog wouldn't step on anything.

Excellent Job overall and we haven't had a problem since the repair was completed.

Winter Park Roofing's owner (James) came on a Sunday to give me an estimate and the work was completed the next Friday. I finally feel that the leak is fixed for real and I am very pleased with the work.

Showed up for the estimate on time. Did a thorough inspection and told me what he would do. He did not do more than was necessary. The work took a couple of hours and my roof no longer leaks. I am very pleased with this company and would use him for other renovation work in the future.

We have used this contractor over and over again because of the quality and timeliness of their work and excellent pricing. WE started with the master bath and were so pleased with the work, we decided to do the other bathroom as well. In time we decided to tear down our screen porch and added more square footage, 528 to be exact. Their work was professional from start to finish, the only delays were the result of difficulty in obtaining materials that were ordered in a timely fashion but factories failed to deliver on time. The addition is awesome, incorporating everything we wanted and very well done. We have since had to replace our roof and wouldn't consider any other company to do it! They did a great job at a good price. We recommend them completely for any work you need on your house.

They provided excellent service. They responded to my initial call that morning when it was raining. They had scheduled several visits for their clients that day, but they came at the end of the day. That was a Tuesday and by Saturday the work was completed. The leak was minimal and it was over the garage. It was dripping on the concrete floor and slowly dripping out. So, it wasn?t a high priority concern for us. We didn?t think that there was a lot of damage for the roof itself or any other parts of the garage area. So, we pushed it out, but he could show up the next day to complete the work. They were highly responsive to the first inquiry. The personnel were qualified. I was with the owner himself on the first visit and then the person doing the repairs. They were very thorough and paid great attention to detail. They also paid a lot of attention to the quality of the work. They tried to get here on Friday, but then came on Saturday due to rain.

The difficult part was done well, but the others were not done very well. I was not totally satisfied with them. The workers were not that great, but the man himself was very good. The price was fine.

Best experience I have had yet with a roofer...will definitely use them again...the price was average for what they do...but the service was excellent...they were there when they said they would be and worked 3 straight days to get my job done right...I have a 100 year old house with a very difficult roof to service...they were careful and did a great job...

James and his crew did a great job diagnosing the problem and it took them a short amount of time to make the necessary repairs and do a thorough clean up of the area. They took the time to describe what they had done and did a lengthy water test in front of me to make sure I was happy with the repair.

They were able to answer all my questions. They were always on time. He was professional but personable at the same time. He used very good materials, he even recommended me some that actually ended up working better for me.
