+ -1 moreBill is fantastic!!! I found him a couple of years ago on Angie's List and I refuse to use anyone else. I previously tried several other cleaners and was never happy with the results. The first time Bill came out it was literally the day after my carpets had been cleaned by another company and my dog had vomited in the middle of the floor. Bill came out immediately, saved my carpet and was very reasonable. He also went over a couple areas I felt were still dirty after the previous cleaner. The difference was amazing and Ive been a loyal client since.

Description of Work: Bill did an amazing job. My carpets were just cleaned in Nov by another A rated Angie's List company and honestly I was not too impressed... Well, I came home from taking the kids to school Tues am and my dog had gotten into the trash. You guessed it. Trash from one end of my living room to the other. I pulled up Angie's List and started making calls. Not only did Bill call me back quickly, but he worked me in between appointments since it was only one room and he was nearby. His work was amazing too. He got all the stains out INCLUDING one the previous company didn't!! On top of all that he said if any of the spots emerged as it dried to give him a call and he'd come back out at no charge!! Can you say top notch service?!? It's hard to find that anymore and when I do I value it! I will definitely be calling Bill again!! He's professional, reasonable and a nice guy too. Give him a call - I feel confident you'll be as happy as I am.
