The experience was good and bad. They cut it too short. It’s too small, but it looked pretty, the people were nice, but they measured wrong. They gave us a little refund, but it’s still not right.

From the minute I met with Yuri until the job was completed was a pleasure- the job was completed quickly and came out beautiful on time on budget and the craftsmanship is beautiful

Yuori and his team were extremely professional. I had horrible experience with another local fabricator recommended by my contractor. I looked up Angie's List and found United Stone Associates. Yuori worked swiftly after I called him. We had problems with the marble company (I bought before I found United Stone). Immediately after obtaining the slab from the company, United Stone was able to immediately install my kitchen marble countertops. I also bought more marble at a much cheaper price from United Stone. They installed my countertops and sinks. They drilled and cut the stone precisely. I am very satisfied with the integrity of their work, punctuality, reasonable price, and cleanliness. I highly recommend this company and would go to them every time in the future.

United Stone Associates exceeded all of my expectations and did an amazing job on my kitchen countertops. I shopped around and compared them to 2 other quartz fabricators and their pricing was the most competitive, not only that but they were also the most responsive and helpful. Yura, the owner, is very personable and really takes his time to help you and answer all your questions. He really cares about customer satisfaction and works with you to help you get what you want while staying within your budget. I really appreciated all of his help. While a different fabricator that I was talking to would take a day or more to get back to my emails, Yura always responded on the same day and was very detailed and thorough with his answers. Everything went very smoothly with United Stone from start to finish. They were able to get it done only a few days after purchasing the quartz! The installers did an amazing job on the install and seams. I could barely see the seam when they pointed it out to me! I will use United stone for any other countertops that i would need in the future and will highly refer them to all of my friends and family who would need similar services. You can't go wrong with United Stone so definitely check it out. I'm very picky and take my time before selecting a company to work with, especially with so much money involved and i'm very happy that i chose United Stone.

It turned out fabulously. They even managed to match the swirls and swoops of the granite when it ran up the wall for the backsplashes from the counters. The corners were also done well. They also did a pass-thru counter to the porch above the sink. We put in under counter lighting to show it all off. It is gorgeous. They were on time, hard working and very detail oriented. They are highly recommended.

Yura and his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very patient during my decision-making process and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. They were very careful and clean. The countertops were installed perfectly and I am so happy with them. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call on them for my next projects.

Everything went very well. They were knowledgeable and had remnant pieces for me to choose from. From the time I contacted them to installation it was completed in a reasonable amount of time

Yuri and Ivan helped with design and material options. Both were very patient and instructive. The job was finished on time with good communication and a fair price.

I highly recommend United Stone. After having another company give me the runaround for two weeks, I went around to get new estimates for replacing my bathroom countertops. Yura provided me an estimate on the spot based on my measurements and said they could get the counters fabricated and installed by the beginning of the next week. I gave him a deposit on Thursday and as promised, my countertops were installed the next Tuesday. Yura was very responsive to my phone calls and the counters look fantastic! I will be back when I am ready to do my kitchen countertops!

United Stone Associates did an excellent job at fabricating and installing our new granite countertops. Yura was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. He was patient even though I changed my mind once or twice on the edge I wanted :) Alex measured the countertops for the new granite and was extremely precise. They completed the job quickly, responded almost immediately to all of my emails and inquiries and were very respectful. The entire job went so smoothly. We would highly recommend United Stone Associates for any granite work you would like to have done.

What an awesome and honest group guys! United Granite not only did a great job for me but also help point out even more issues I had with my contractor to help finish my kitchen. I had been dealing with issues on the kitchen using a different fabricator and contractor and Yuri and his team came out and gave me great direction, prices, and quality of work. I will use United Granite and would recommend them to anyone. Honesty was key with me and they did not beat around the bush of cause me any headaches for the future. Again they are absolutely a great team and the only team I would ever recommend to do any of my counter tops or stone work in the future.

Yura and his team did wonders at installing our new kitchen countertops. When we went to his shop and admired a piece of granite, he immediately gave us a chunk to take with us (which we found invaluable as we were picking out tile, paint, etc.) and suggested some granite companies that sold the granite we liked (Colonial Gold), and who would 'take back' the unused half slab ( we needed 1 full slab, and part of another slab). From that point on, we were fans. His installation team were very professional and efficient during the install , and expertly matched the 2 pieces of granite so it looks almost seamless. They even quickly came back to fix a small rough patch I noticed the day after it was installed. Great job and a beautiful counter. I couldn't be more pleased.

We stopped in United Stone after seeing a sign out from going to Costco. We gave Yura the plan and got a quote from him and a few other local installers. The quote was well below other installers and with the positive reviews on Angies List we decided to go with them. We picked out the granite from a local supplier and paid them directly (no markup to United Stone). The stone was delivered to their facility the next day and waited until the cabinets were done. As soon as the cabinets were completed I went down there and the next day they came out to measure. Within just a few days (including the weekend) they came out to install. The guys arrived at 2pm and didn't leave until after 8pm. They were non-stop working on the job with virtually no breaks. You'd think given how late it was they might be in a bit of a rush. They took extra time to make everything perfect. There are 3 seems that are virtually invisible. My family builds houses up north and I've seen a lot of granite installed. I've never seen as good of a job as these guys did. Not only did it look that good, but they made sure and vacuum and clean up after themselves so when they left it looked as if they hadn't been there. I would recommend these guys to anyone to save money and get the absolute best install job. We are very impressed.

First, I will say the end result was very good and I would use them again and I have recommeneded. The owner, Yuri is a good business man. He offered the best price of the 4 places I received quotes from. The installers were good, one better than the other. I would say I am 95% happy which is probably as good as it gets with this type of job. I think I might have been a little bit of a problematic customer because spending $5,500 on a cosmetic improvement can be scary and one hopes for perfection. I questioned most decisions that didn't include me but in the end I was happy and have become happier as the time passes. Issues I ran into that became non-issues: During their first visit, I was expecting the owner as he is very personable on the phone and he has great reviews but an installer showed up instead and seemed clueless to my previous discussions with Yuri. That annoyed me because I wanted to talk pricing and the installer was clueless to those details and gave me incorrect pricing. I ended up sending him on his way within a couple minutes. It was awkward. He then came back with Yuri on the phone who answered my questions. I allowed the installer to take measurements. My wife and I then visited their office to choose a product. Yuri seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Upon original install, I felt the lip over the countertops in certain areas was too much. It was shorter over certain cabinets than others. They fixed that. I originally thought the lip over the sink was too much as I had never seen it installed this way. I was frustrated that I was not asked my opinion on it. Yuri gave his reasons, it took me a few weeks but now, I prefer his way. A huge mirror in my master bathroom was chipped in a couple places and kind of swept under the rug until I brought it up. Yuri replaced it at no additional cost. At the time I felt a discount was in order but did not get one. Now I am happy that at least I had a 17 year old huge mirror replaced. My countertops are light colored quarts and the edging has some brownish staining as though the edging blade was dull and caused some burn marks. I brought this up and it was wiped away with acetone. There were a couple of imperfections that were also fixed. My wife was annoyed that the installed would leave our doors open the entire time they were here rather than closing as they walked in and out but that was not a big deal to me Now, my wife and I love the countertops, and so do our guests and I have recommended the company already. My advice is to ask a lot of questions, figure out every detail you want ahead of time, and don't be afraid to voice your questions, comments and complaints. I am confident Yuri will resolve issues in order to satisfy his customers.

I found Yura (United Stone Associates) on Angie's LIst, and if you are reading this review, you don't need to look any further. He worked so well with us. And I live out of town! My kids met with him, and picked out a scrap piece of granite, as this is a second house and I couldn't spend a lot of money on the job. He gave us some suggestions, and told us he had some scrap back splash in the shop that would match well. I couldn't be happier. They installed it when promised, Yura coordinated very well with me over the phone and via email, since I was out of town. We had a plumber lined up 2 hours after the planned installation, and everything went as scheduled. I would highly recommend United Stone Associates. Fantastic service, professionalism, and a very friendly guy as well. Call him now!

Yura is on top of it! We could not have asked for more. Even during the holidays, he took out order, getting the granite the day before we left town, (a few days only) and having it ready by the time we returned. Fast AND good ! Thank you, Yura and United Stone.

We were so impressed with our experience with Yura for our kitchen countertops, we wanted him to do our bathrooms as well. The process was simple and easy. Alex measured all three bathrooms and Yura emailed me a quote the next day. Once again the estimate was very reasonable and Yura was able to find stainless steel sinks we wanted for the bathrooms. His guys arrived the week after and finished complete installation in a day. They worked with me on extra hole placements because we wanted to add soap dispensers and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them without reservation.

After getting quotes from two other places, we decided to call United Stone Associates based on the high reviews on Angie's list. Yura, the owner was very easy to get a hold of, very accommodating and sent Alexander out to take measurements the very next day. Yura then got back to me with a quote for installation and invited us to his warehouse to look at his stock. My husband and I picked granite we liked from Yura's inventory as well as an extra large undermount stainless steel sink and another stainless steel sink for the island. We were looking to get the work done as soon as possible and Yura was ready and willing to install as soon as was convenient for us - which was impressive given that the next week was Thanksgiving week. Alexander came by the same day and took the final measurements. The fabrication was completed within days and they were ready to install within the week. We had initially planned on having our handyman do the demo work and the backsplash so all Yura's guys had to do was installation, however, our handyman was not available and Yura gave us a very competitive rate for the demo of the original countertops and sinks as well as removal of our tile backsplash so we chose to proceed with them. Our kitchen is rather large and others had told us the process would take a few days if not the whole week to complete, however, Yura promised completion within two days. On the day of installation, his guys showed up and got right to work. Their work ethic was impressive. They were very polite, made sure to update me, ask questions, took extra care when moving items, took turns taking breaks so there was no time during the day when work wasnt being done. Alexander made some practical design suggestions which I was grateful for since the original design was flawed. They worked tirelessly and got the job done that day. They were also very good about cleanup and replacing the items that were removed. The next day they arrived to drop off the custom table top we ordered. Alexander had previously spoken with my husband about strengthening the table base to support the weight of the top and so installation of the table top was easy as well. Alexander made sure it was exactly how I wanted it and secured it to my satisfaction. While there, Alexander cut another hole for the soap dispenser at my single bowl sink. This was a new request on my part as we decided to add the soap dispenser as an afterthought to the original faucet selection. Overall we had an excellent experience with United Stone Associates. Yura even helped me find someone to do the backsplash for us and recommended a good plumber as well. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend United Stone Associates.

On the recommendation of the owner, Ura, I bought two slabs of a new product that saved me a lot of money. I paid for the slabs at the supplier so the $2000.00 listed was for the fabrication and installation, and it was worth every penny. The installer had to work with the crooked walls in my house, but he did an excellent job. The countertop looks beautiful. The best part is that it took five days from making the template to the installation and two of those days were the weekend. In the past I went to Lowes and Home Depot for countertops and they took five weeks!

Yura is the best. He came out and gave a free estimate, much less than other local installers. He directed me to some good granite yards and basically oversaw the whole project. His guys are polite and clean but most importantly, they do a beautiful job! He also had some good ideas that made my kitchen turn out prettier. I waited a long time to do this project and was probably pretty "picky", but they truly met my standards and exceeded them. We would definitely use them again!

I called United Stone after reading all the positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. Yura came right out and took the measurements the next day. He was the third guy I had come out to give me an estimate, and he had some great ideas which the other two guys didn't think of. His estimate was very competitive, and it included a one inch higher backsplash than the other guys, and a window sill replacement. I went out to his shop to pick out the granite, and they started cutting the very next day. They came out to install the day after that, so the whole process was very quick. The cutting job on the granite was perfect; all the edges match exactly, and the corner radii look great. The only negative was the under mount sink was installed slightly off center. At first I thought the faucet hole was drilled a little off, so I thought I'd have to live with it. After measuring the sink though, I found that to be the problem. I called Yura and he had a guy come out that morning to fix it. It was quite a job, as the caulk had set up by then, but the guy got it relocated so now it's perfect too. Pretty amazing service, since the plumber was coming out that same morning and the sink needed to be in its final position before he hooked everything up. I really appreciated Yura acting so quickly on that. Yura also uses a supplier for sinks and faucets that was great. I bought a granite composite sink and beautiful brushed nickel pull down faucet for way less than they sell for at Home Depot, and the quality is amazing. Overall, just a great experience, and I would definitely recommend United Stone Associates to anyone.
