Excellent timely installation.

No work was done.

I had used United Stone for a small job in another bathroom and they did a nice job, so i used them again for a much larger job involving my master bathroom and two vanities in need of tops. The owner is super responsive-I am constantly running for work and we did most of the deal through texting-and they work really fast. We picked out a slab from a granite yard and sent it over to him, and as soon as we had countertops they came out to measure (literally that day). The tops were installed 3 days later, and there was a lot of granite to fabricate (it took the whole slab). They look gorgeous, you cannot see the seams at all unless you run your hand across the tops a bunch of times and find them, and they rounded out the interior corners even though i didn't ask, which looks fantastic. There was one small glitch in the installation because they measurements they took for one vanity was one inch off and they had to move a cabinet over an inch to compensate, which meant the contractor had to cut a new baseboard. I frankly would not have even noticed if my contractor hadn't been there to tell me, and the installers were nice guys. The reason I gave a B for puncuality is that the change in the install caused it to go on way longer than expected, which affected timing for other workers who needed to get in the space. Ultimately, it was a minor inconvenience and they were so easy to work with otherwise and do such beautiful work that in the end I didn't care. I wish i had known about United Stone when i had my kitchen done, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and using them again if i have the opportunity.

They were pretty good. I think their price was reasonable. I think the quality is good. They also provided warranties. They cleaned up everything after they were done. They changed the sink and I had to find another plumber to do the plumbing work. If they could do that together, that would be great.

I went to United Stone because I read the reviews on Angie's list. They had a great selection and sent someone to measure and give an estimate the same day I visited their site. Once I was ready for them to install, they were there within 1 week. They did a great job putting the counter tops in, and the bill was for the exact amount of the estimate. I felt they were very professional and will definitely go back for future business.

Very cost effective comparison to other vendors.

From the start Yura was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable about the granite install for 2 of our bathrooms. The install was done within a week & we are very pleased with his work. We are now in the process of re-doing the kitchen countertops with his company. We will definitely refer our Winter Park neighbors and friends to United Stone Associates.

Great! They stored the granite at their shop for a month, and came out the day after I told them that I was ready. They did a perfect job!

We hired USA to install granite countertops in three bathrooms. At first we thought drop in sinks would suit our needs but after the granite was installed in two of the bathrooms (representing 3 sinks), and even before the sinks were dropped in, we decided undermount sinks would look better. USA said no problem to the change and told us what size sinks we would need to make the change. Since the undermount sinks meet a polished granite edge and the edge for drop in sinks is not a polished edge, the new sinks needed to be slightly larger than the rough holes already drilled in the granite for the drop in sinks to allow for the granite to be polished to fit the sinks. We found the sinks and the next day USA came out, removed the two granite countertops they already installed, took them back to their shop and fabricated the holes for the new undermount sinks. Accomplishing this required very precise polishing of the new holes. USA did a superb job. When we were ready, they returned the countertops to our bathrooms and installed the undermount sinks. Everything looks perfect and you would never know we made such a significant change in the middle of the project. USA was flexible, responsive and very focused on helping us solve our problem in a timely and cost efficient manner. We couldn’t be more happy about how willingly they helped resolve our situation. We are thrilled with the results.

From the start USA added value to our project. During the initial walk through they recommended we move the placement of the island to provide adequate room for people to enter and leave the kitchen -- so glad they noticed that because the position they suggested is perfect. They pointed us to a great granite provider to select our granite, which was then delivered to USA so they could inspect it to be sure it was in great shape, and then cut/polish it to fit our needs. Working with USA was effortless. They are very accommodating which was so helpful given that we had to move cabinets around and lay a floor under before the new countertops could be set into place. The process of reviewing the project scope, removing the old countertops, selecting the new granite, having it cut/polished, and then having it installed was so easy because they did each step according to timing that suited us. How refreshing! The installed kitchen looks beautiful. We are very happy and would highly recommend USA to anyone.

United Stone rocks! I needed 2 pieces of regular rectangular pieces of countertops in different areas. And I wanted them seamless because there are plenty of slabs large enough. After a horrible experience with another local countertop company who swore that it was impossible for me to have these seamless countertops, I found United Stone on an internet search. There was no reviews, and I felt a bit leery at that point on companies without any review. But United Stone assured me that seamless countertops could be done in my case, and sure enough they delivered! United Stone was honest, fast and mostly importantly great at delivering quality countertops. It took only 3 days (including a Sat) from Contract, to template and to full installation. Each appointment was kept right on time as promised. The installer is very experienced and knowledgeable. They were very careful not to scratch the walls. I now have 2 beautiful seamless countertops! I am glad to have found United Stone and definitely will use again for my next stage of remodel project.

The man that they sent out was very good, they did a really good job. I really liked them, they were cheaper than I thought they would be.

It took 24 hours from estimation to installation.
