+ -1 moreService was great. Hilton was very kind, courteous and thorough. He even worked a little over the time paid for, to finish the job to my expectations. I was very happy with the results, and would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Pre-move in cleaning of home. 3 hours. High dusting, deep cleaning of windows, vacuum carpet/tile, and light cleaning of appliances.

I explained to them that I've previously hired larger, franchise-type cleaning companies, and was unsatisfied every time because I felt like they only cleaned the "surface" and didn't move items to dust, etc. I travel a lot for work and the dust definitely piles up. So, I was looking for a "deeper" clean and I definitely got it! They asked me which areas I'd like them to focus on and made sure all my needs were met. I was very excited to come home to a clean house after a long week at work! Now, I will be using them once a month to keep my house looking like new!

Description of Work: I requested a detailed cleaning of my home and they did a fantastic job. Blinds, baseboards etc. I asked for help flipping a kind size mattress and they did it for me.

We were truly amazed at the diligent cleaning and scrubbing of tile, concrete, rugs, porcelain, counters, flooring, sinks, showers, mirrors, etc. Our home has never been so spankin' clean! We are now definitely are on their monthly schedule. Fabulous home cleaning team-- we recommend them highly. A++

+ -1 moreI called 2 days before a large party I was having at my home - I was running out of time to get everything done. I was so happy they could fit me in Saturday morning with such short notice. They arrived promptly and after a brief tour and description of what I was looking for they got to work. They did a nice job- my floors in particular were in bad shape and they did a good job! My only concern was communication seemed a little tough. My kitchen counters were covered with preparation for the buffet and my center island was already set up as a buffet serving area. It took three tries to get them to NOT touch anything in the kitchen but the floors. I think they have a plan that they stick to and its difficult to alter course. In fairness, for most cleaning services, that is a good trait - as it means they are efficient and planful in their work.

+ -1 moreABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! There is nothing like coming home after a long day of work to the beautiful scent of a clean and dust-free home. I was sooOOo, absolutely delighted w/ the work they did. During the estimation/ walk-through, detailed notes were taken as to what I wanted to have done, from the corners, floorboards, dusting behind the TVs, and cleaning under the trashcan lid. Nothing was missed when they came to clean the house. They came with a smile on their face and I felt safe that I was leaving my home in good hands. Their cleaning job was by far the best I have ever seen and I would recommend their services to anyone!!!
Description of Work: Entire crevice of the house was cleaned.

+ 0 moreWe have had this same cleaning service for the past 9 years, this speaks volumes. We tried others but have developed this lasting business relationship because of the following: 1. They are TRUSTWORTHY individuals! We have NEVER had an issue where we could not trust them. They take care of our home like it was their own. For this reason, we are not hesitant to refer them to anyone, even our own family members & friends. For us that is most important, along with these few others.... 2. They are professional, always showing up on time, communicating with us if we have to let a message to reschedule and then fitting our home in where they can. Clean appearance & friendly. 3. They do an excellent job cleaning. They pay attention to detail. If for any reason we ask them to switch tasks from one time to the next or give special attention to a certain area, it is always met with an earnest attitude to get the job done correctly.
Description of Work: Home cleaning, we break up the service so it is performed every two weeks. Includes all aspects of cleaning; vaccuming, dusting, polishing, sanitizing for every part of the home. One cycle includes bedrooms (not just surface cleaning, but the end result is like you would do for yourself or even better in some cases) dusting,(complete to include, pictures, shutters ledges, etc.) bed changing, throw rugs & carpets completely swept. Bathroom is completely cleaned & sanitized including walls which some other cleaning companies have missed for us. Garbage is always gathered and put out for trash. Other cycle includes kitchen, living room, laundry, family room etc. All areas are dusted to include those places that are sometime left un-done. Ceiling fans, tops of TV stands that are hard to reach (they will ask for a step stool to get it). Kitchen is CLEANED....even the hard places like the stove! ALL areas are given detailed attention.

+ -1 moreI am so happy with the service I receive from Hilton and Servtek Cleaning LLC. The home looks and smells amazing after they leave. They are also flexable as when I was gone for a month they let me stop the service while I was gone and start it back up when I returned. They have great communication and let me know if they are running a little late. They clean my home as well as my office and I recommend them without hessitation to anyone who needs that service. So little to pay for such a great feeling after they leave of a job well done !!!
Description of Work: I have had my home cleaned from Hilton and Servtek for over 2 years now. I have my home cleaned every two weeks and have had them do everything from whole house cleaning, to cleaning when my brother home when he moved out on two occasions and he received his whole deposit back both time. They do the usually things like bathrooms, making beds, floors, blinds, chandeliers, and have done additional items at my request such as the fridge and the stove.
