+ 0 moreThey did a professional job. He was able to tell me when it was made, it was a 100 year old antique rug. He was able to provide what kind and knots per square inch. I was able to turn this in to my insurance company for my claim. He handled my needs in dealing with the insurance company by emailing the appraisal. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Pronounced the rug was totally destroyed.

+ 0 moreOriental Rug Source did a great job with the repair work on my od, fragile rug. They repaired fraying ends and matched the colors for the repair. They cleaned another orental rug for me which had cat urine damage. I had to take it back beause it stll smelled of urine and he re-cleaned it at no charge.
Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired two oiental rugs. One was old and fragile and he handled it wit great care.

The owner of this establishment not only did a great job cleaning and wrapping, he talked with me about how to treat rugs on wood floors- moisture buildup- what to do with pets scratching the rug, and more. Extremely positive experience in both the service and preventative maintenance.

+ -1 moreas stated above, Elias took our rugs and cleaned them off site and returned them to us. He replaced them and moved all the furniture. He called prior to pickup and delivery and was professional and courteous. He seemed to have the expertise in cleaning wool, oriental rugs and we were pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Elias picked up and cleaned three wool area rugs in his facility. We live in Leesburg. He picked up and delivered the rugs to our home. He was professional and helpful. We also purchased three rug pads and they are very satisfactory. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey were more that wonderful. I am having them come out to talk to our home owners association. They not only cleaned and repaired my rug but they told me how to prevent moth damage to my other rugs. They gave history on the rug and told me the overall value. No pressure from them at all.
