They were great.

I cannot imagine a company as large as this, which advertises special offers on residential units this being on Angie's List at all. They were a total loss in my search for service.

I paid $205 for 3 appointments over a period of 6 months. Everything was fine. They came on time. They called me before they came. They performed the job and left after one hour. Their price could be better.

I didn’t have much interaction with them but with the little we had I was very happy with them. We didn’t use them for the service but they were very good. My overall experience with them was very good. They answered all my questions and in a timely manner.

They are on Angie's List. They are fabulous.

When I first called the company the person who answered the phone was polite and professional. I arranged for the Tech to come out to the house. It only took him about 20 minutes to size up what the problem was and determine the best way of going about fixing it properly, and give us an estimate. The Tech was slightly late (and I had to call the company to find out where the tech was and how long it would be until he arrived, which I shouldn't have had to do) but very knowledgable, friendly, and respectful to both me and my wife when he did arrive. I'm big on punctuality but overall the tech was very professional. I relaly liked the fact that the tech explained in detail how he would go about replacing the duct and install the new one and how this would greatly improve the airflow and thus reduce the strain on the ac unit. The tech also offered me the option of cutting out the drywall and partially removing the old duct so that my wife and I were able to save some money. Through no fault of AC4Life, the tech brought the wrong size ac duct so he had to come back the next day to do the repair. (I told AC4Life the wrong size by mistake, so it was my fault, not theirs). I was at work the next day so my wife was there while the Tech did the repair. He treated my wife with the utmost respect and again was very friendly and professional. He was fast and cleaned up after himself when he was done. For the exception of the tardiness on the initial visit to our home, overall I would give them an A as a rating and I would use them again and reccomend this company to anyone looking for a good hvac company.

When I contacted them, they called back and told me they would be here within a window of four hours or something, and the person who came out was within that window. He was reasonably fast to get out here and came when he said he would. My interaction with him was good. I stood out there with him, and he explained everything as he did it. He was very personable and did a good job. He repaired the system; it is still working. I thought it was kind of expensive, but I guess that goes with the territory. I would probably use them again in the future.

Tech came on time, performed the service, in about 45 minutes- 1 hr. Two units checked, replaced the filters by costly washable types.

Our indoor unit was not cooling. One day after calling this company the unit was again functioning. The serviceman Nathan was polite, personable and intelligent. I am a native and lifelong resident living in central Florida since 1972. This is the best AC company I've ever dealt with, period and the first one that didn't try to sell me a new unit for several thousand dollars!

Needed to find out why our 15 month old AC unit was not cooling. Phone conversations were timely and personable and follow up phone calls were thorough. Questions were promptly answered. A clear effort was made to take care of the problem quickly - my call was last minute and we were very hot -- had been for several days. Mike handled the calls.The tech,Anthony, was very professional, courteous, and had an idea about what he suspected was the problem. He made good use of the time and solved the problem. He also told me what to anticipate future issues. Didn't complain about anything or make excuses. Explained about a ser vice contract - was familiar with the points - not pushy about selling it. The freon had leaked completely out of the unit.I am very grateful for Angie's List because in doing business with AC4Life, I could trust the work being done and the people involved.. When we bought the original new AC unit from a different company, we had one problem after another and the attitude on the phone was really terrible. It was a long drawn out battle ultimately replacing the new unit with the one we now have.

Very professional service. They were on time and did a very good job.

My unit was making a little noise. They sent someone out and everything is now back to normal!

The price given for the new unit was $1,000 less than anywhere else we looked. Great service, great clean-up, very knowledgeable. I really liked that I could go online and see the breakdown for the price and the labor. No hidden costs!

I really liked the fact that they came in, did the service, worked really hard, and got the job done quickly. There were no problems, it all went real smooth. The installers were very friendly. I just feel that they did a really great job.

We probably would have been happy with them but we went with another company simply because of the price. They were very professional. They were thorough in their presentation and their information too.

One Stop installed our heat pump system when our house was built, and we have been using them ever since, for nine years. When a part needed to be replaced, we compared prices at several local companies, and One Stop was always competitive. Some companies were cheaper for the part, but their add-ons (like trip minimums) would be higher. Very professional, always responsive when we call them. They always know what equipment we have, and they have answered many quesitons over the years. We would recommend One Stop to anyone.

THEY INSTALLED IT WHEN WE FIRST GOT THE HOUSE, AND THEY HAVE KEPT IT UP SINCE THEN. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, HONEST, AND DID GOOD WORK. MY HEATERS WORK, AND MY NEIGHBORS' DO NOT. THEY ARE GOOD.

IT WAS VERY GOOD, PROMPT SERVICE, AND BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND RELIABLE FOR THE SERVICE. THE OVERALL WORK WAS OKAY.
