Description of Work: Sandra at natures technology selects wonderful plants. When she is on site, she and her team are good. But, you cannot rely on her to appear when scheduled. We were also not pleased with the up charging after signing an all inclusive contract.

In general, the planting went well and we were pleased. A couple of months later, the two bamboo plants died, probably due to drought. We called Sandy and Nature's Technology repeatedly. We stated that we did not want a refund, just a replanting. Several months later, no response. I believe that the problem could have been avoided if less water intensive plants were used. In either case, they should have called us back.
Description of Work: Nature's technology completed removed plants and replanted after winter freezes killed many exotics. It was several days work clearing, hauling, new pebbles for mulch, rocks, arranging plants, more than 50 new plants. We asked for drought tolerant and low water plants.

Good Morning Member, I am writing you this morning in response to the negative feedback left in regards to communication through our company. I am a little confused as I personal have spoken with the member, left messages, and emailed which are all attempts of communication. I keep a log of all calls on my desk as it is required by Sandy. I also keep my emails in which I will forward the last email communication from 4/20/12 to you following this one. I first spoke with the member back in April through email on 4/5/2012 in which she was concerned about the condition of the bamboo. I called her and left a message on 4/10/2012 as Sandy said to do additional watering as we were in a drought period and they would need to be watered a lot more. I did not hear back for over a week so I told Sandy that she might want to make an appointment to go out there as we cannot get in the gate without approval and she wanted to make sure while she was out there that the member was present in order to make sure everything was covered and all questions were answered. The email requesting an appointment was done on 4/20/2012 asking to come the very next day to take a look at the bamboo along with the other plants. Again...No response. I heard from the member by phone on 6/4/2012 in which she and I spoke and she was still concerned about the bamboo and was now mentioning a fungus/black mold that was growing on them that really needed to be looked at. I told her I would get with Sandy to look at her shedule to set an appointment. The member said that would be fine and I told her I would call her back to confirm. My last communication with the member was through her voicemail when I called her back and left a message on 6/5/2012 to setup an appoinment to go over dates and availability for her. Again...I did not hear back from her. I am not sure why she isn't getting the messages...all I know is I have made communication with her as I do all of our clients. I have never had anyone complain about not getting a response from the office. Sandy is more than willing to come out and look at everything to make the proper recommendations needed for treatment and/or replacement. Please let me know if your still in need of an appointment as Sandy has assured me that making time for her clients is a priority. I apologize for any confusion in the matter and from this point forward, I will copy you on everything so that we are all on the same page. Fantastic with customer service, quality materials and following the timeline she stated at the outset. Excellent value for the price.
Description of Work: Complete re-landscaping, following landscape plan drawn up by landscape architect. Sandy is extremely professional, knowledgeable and everything turned out well. She used high-quality plant materials and all contractors she used (irrigation, construction of raised beds) were great
