Roy was very good. He spent alot of time removing the anode rod and flushing my water heater. When i made the appt. I specifically told the person taking the call I needed the anode rod removed and new elements installed. Roy only was told of the anode rod and needed to charge me another $180.00 on top of the quote he already gave meI to remove and install two new elements, and I supplied the parts! I wasn't happy and spent the next hour changing the elements myself.

I had a pipe leak in my front yard. I called Mr. Rooter at 7:30am and they were able to send someone out within two hours to assist. The customer service staff was amazing! So friendly and accommodating and great communication via phone calls and text. The plumber that came out was so nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for future needs.
