Let Brice Do It Concrete & Pavers

They had some equipment problems and couldn't start on time but it did not affect other parts of the project. Very easy to communicate with regarding details, pricing elements, and expectations. Good value proposition for me. I would recommend this firm for either residential or commercial work.

This is the 4th of a progression of paver work I have had done beginning last summer. Brice first replaced a patio stone porch that had been put in by myself in the front of the house last year with paver, as well as the side front of the house where the A/C unit is. I then had them come back and extend down the side of the house. Later I had them connect the pavers in a and quot;walk aroundand quot; walk so I could walk completely around the house without getting in to the grass/dirt. This job is providing a lovely and quot;scapedand quot; patio area in the bakc yard...I'll add pictures when the furniture is all settled in. I am definately going to have him come back and finish the front with pavers and hopefully the Driveway by the end of summer. Brice and his dad George are great guys and have helped me so much. I'd trust them with my home any time. They are great with the dog, they are so very respectful and extremely neat. They mixed the concrete for my little slabe area in a hand type mixer in the back yard. and when they were done not trace of evidence that they had mixed concrete there remained (except the slab). They neatly stacked my extra pavers out the way for me (without my asking) and even carried the boxes containing the shed that was to be assembled from the garage to the back for me. As a single woman homeowner, they are #1 in my book as far as contractors go. I have done a lot of home improvement in the last yeat, some experiences better than others, but the paver work Brice has done is the best investment and makes me smile every day!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They had to work around some bad weather but still finished in just a few days. The pavers look beautiful. Hard working and friendly people. A professional job.

Hired Brice because he came in with a great price. He did exactly as he promised and did it well. I had a million questions for him because of my internet search for information. He answered all and assurred me that the job would be done correctly and to my satisifaction. The driveway looks fantastic but I noticed a couple of cracked pavers a month or so later. Brice immediatly came over and replaced them. I would hire Brice again.

We hired Let Brice Do It to take out our ugly old concrete driveway and replace it with a new driveway of concrete pavers. Our driveway is kind of oddly shaped, and the sidewalk isn't square to the house. We really wondered how they were going to do it and make it look good. Fact is, they did a fabulous job; it looks even better than I could have imagined. Clearly, they are real master craftsmen. Brice and his dad did all the work themselves -- no subs. And it looks terrific. They were also very professional, punctual, and pleasant to have around. I'd recommend them highly to anyone looking to have driveway work or hardscaping done.

I would have liked to get the written or verbal quote for the work from this company. I have hired someone else to do the job.

Brice came out and gave an excellent walk through and discussed options and work to be done. A few days later came back by with estimate and drawing of the work to do and we setup a work date. Called a week later and wanted to know if we could accomodate a week earlier. yes of course. As week came closer we asked the city about the permit (thought we didn't need one for drive extension - wrong). We needed Brice's contract numbers to do the permit it took days to get a response back. Busy time pouring other people's cement? Once we received the info we were informed he was behind schedule and couldn't work on our drive until End of April. That doesn't work for us and since we were in the queue early we were caught a bit off guard. Project is on hold and thinking about other options.

They were terrific. They did the job quickly and professionally, and for a great price. They also did a great job helping us plan out how to do the project to preserve the aesthetics of our home, while still allowing us to move our cars in and out conveniently (we used to have a single driveway, where the cars would have to be stacked one behind the other).

If the company is not interested in doing a job at least respond.

They are a group of young presentable people. Their prices are competitive. They were on time and did a great job as promised. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The walls look beautiful. They are perfectly even and horizontally level, and grade nicely into the yard. Brice received compliments and business card requests from neighbors while working and we've received compliments from neighbors driving by. I liked the proposal Brice provided--it included details about workmanship such as the use of landscape fabric and crushed concrete at the base. All work was done as proposed.

They were professional, timely and hardworking. The price that they charged wasn’t the cheapest compared to the quotes that we received. However, we felt that their price was legitimate for the time that they spent as well as for the amount of materials that they used. It seemed like a reasonable charge and didn’t seem outrageous. We are going to use their services again. In fact, they are coming back to do more work for us.

It went great, they were very responsive, did quality work and even did a design layout which looks beautiful

I tried two times to contact Brice, once by email and once by phone (all I got was voicemail). He did not respond to either. Possibly he doesn't wish to work in my area or is currently too busy, but it would have been courteous and professional of him to take a few seconds to let me know that.

They have done quite a bit of work for us. They are very good. They are doing another project for us in a couple of weeks. They did a great job in our backyard and so we are having them redo our driveway and pavers. We spent a lot of money for the previous job. They are polite, neat and clean. We like them. It took a little bit longer than I thought. Their pricing was very competitive. It was a lot more expensive than what I actually thought would be. We have already signed with them for another project.

Brice was great - prompt response and comparable estimate. Would have used him if I wasn't also doing major landscaping and hired someone who could do it all at once. I got an estimate for patio pavers and a new concrete driveway. I will probably hire him when I am ready to take on the driveway project. Really nice guy

Very professional. Quality work. Slight delays due to weather and other job, however we were not in a hurry, and they kept us well informed. Very pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend.

Very good. They provided a detailed proposal for the work, set up the schedule and their performance was outstanding.

Called "Let Brice do it" and Brice called back, set a time for an estimate and they came out. They estimated my house and that of two of my neighbors. We scheduled a time, they arrived, did my house and both neighbors. We were all very pleased with their work and their demeanor. I will certainly use them in the future.

Brice and George were outstanding with their communication skills letting me know of any and all delays during the process of replacing my driveway. I was amazed how they removed the entire driveway by hand. No power tools at all. That process took one full day. The 2nd day involved grading the dirt and removing thick and heavy tree roots from the enormous tree that is in front of my house. This tree is the cause of my driveway being cracked in the 1st place. To prevent this from happening again Brice and George placed a 12 inch footer that will prevent the tree roots from growing under my driveway and lifting it again. Getting the driveway ready for the concrete poor took the entire 2nd day. The 3rd day involved the cement pour and grading. The cement truck was right on time and the pour went flawlessly. Brice and George graded the driveway to a smooth, professional finish. We were told to allow the cement to "cure" for 72 hours before we could park our cars on the driveway. After it was all done my driveway looked great. 24 hours after the pour George and Brice returned to grind seams into the driveway with a cement saw. The finishing touch! Thanks guys.

The quality of work was excellent as was the clean up. When they were finished, they cleaned up so good that you could hardly tell they were there. We had a little struggle getting on the schedule, but that was caused by rain delays on other projects and he kept us informed.

He showed up on time, completed the work in the time frame he said he would and left the yard and the front garden looking better than before he did the work. He works with his father and they both seem very knowledgeble about pavers and french drains. They will also be putting in a brick patio for us over an ugly concrete patio.

"Let Brice Do It" completed the job as advertised. They started the job when they said they would and completed on time. The quality was outstanding and they were a pleasure to work with. They quickly developed an excellent relationship with the permit inspectors and maintained their original schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering installing a driveway or considering any concrete work. They have a lot of experience and take pride in their work and reputation. They installed the driveway with paver stone inserts for a good price and the results are outstanding. GREAT JOB!

Brice and George did a phenomenal job, from helping us plan the design, to choosing the right colors. They were very competitively priced (some bids were thousands more), and the quality of their work was superb.

I originally had Brice come out to do a concrete quote as I was going to convert my screen porch into a sunroom with a block kneewall to eliminate my flooding problems. After explaining my problem to them they grabbed their transom(sp?) from the truck and quickly shot the grade to determine if I had enough drop from back to front for a french drain. I did, so they explained in detail what they could do to solve my problem and provided me a quick estimate with a quote to follow in a few days. The price seemed quite reasonable and asked them to fit me into their schedule. They worked very hard and the result looks great. I had a bunch of retaining wall blocks from a flowerbed I had around the porch and they suggested using them at the edge of the decorative rock since my backyard has such a steep slope and it would've been awkward without it. It turned out great. We've had comments on how good it looks. I would definitely recommend Let Brice Do It to friends.
