Let Brice Do It Concrete & Pavers

Bryce performed an excellent job he rescheduled three times however he did say when he gave me the estimate that he would have to squeeze me in because he was booked up for the month. The days he rescheduled it was also raining. Bryce said that the rain would interfere with the concrete curing properly which I believe to be true. I would hire Bryce again and would also refer him to my friends so Hi- five to Bryce cheerio and good job.... well done.

BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER! Brice did an excellent job and the driveway looks awesome. I hightly recommend Brice. He is honest, hard-working, dependable - we can not say enough nice things about the experience.

Contacted Brice for an estimate. He said he would go to the property on a Saturday and contact me so we could meet up and he could deliver the amazing full color estimate with diagram of whic he is apparently very proud. He did not go to the property on that Saturday as promised, and he called 3 days later to say that he would be there in half an hlur. I was happy, and asked him to call me with the estimate. Both two and three days later I e-mailed and left him voice mails for an update on the estimate. No response. what a waste of time. I'm guessing he was busy playing with his color software estimating tool. I'm going to call someone more grown up to do the job.

He responded and he had the best price of 3 people that we had come out. It ended up being more than our budget would allow so we ended up doing it ourselves. He was friendly and punctual when we were able to make an appointment. He is definitely busy and it was hard to get hold of him. I would recommend him. He was the only one that put the quote in writing with an outline and sent it in the mail.

Contacted Brice to have him come out and provide estimate. He called back promptly and scheduled visit for the following monday. He is very knowledgeable and provides helpful suggestions for the design. A week later he provided a detailed drawing for the driveway, walkway including cost. He broke out cost for concrete vs. paver stones. After receiving bids from other contractors I decided to go with Brice. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable and price was very reasonable. He told me he would not be able to start for a couple weeks as he already had a few jobs ahead of me. The job started on May 29 and ended on June 13, 2012. The job took longer due to delay on the delivery of paver stones and several rainy days. I'm very happy with the end product. I had him also provide an estimate to start phase 2 of this project in the back yard. I will definitely use him for that job when I am ready to begin.

Great! Brice met with me to discuss the job and provided an estimate quickly. This was during apparent high season for this work as I called two other companies (who also had high ratings on Angie's List) and one was a no show to our appointment and the other never returned my call. Brice set a date for the installation and he and his father worked on the job together. Both were friendly, professional and informative. I had to go get a few more stones than originally anticipated but the job was finished in one day and it is lovely!!

I had a very good experience. The quote was the best that I received from companies I called on Angie's list. He got me on the schedule fast and got the job done on time. The tree stump was a snag but Brice heped me remove it so he and I could stay on schedule. From my experience, most contractors would have told me to find a stump grinder and call them back when that was complete. I am a hands on person and I appreciate his willingness to help me out. The job came in on time, on budget and it looks great. The work stretched over three days and he cleaned up well every night. He placed a caution sign on the hole so nobody could miss it an possibly injure themselves. Excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone.

I chose Brice because I had the most confidence in him. I always read on the internet about the work to be done and our options, design and construction, before making a final decision. All of the professional advice I read recommended a vertical joint be cut down the length of the driveway. I drove around the neighborhood and saw that none of the other driveways had this joint but that all of them had formed their own crack down the center. The first concrete installer told me I did not need this joint, and I lost confidence in him at once. I called Brice, and, without prompting, he explained how he will pour and cut the drive. He intended to cut the vertical joint. I was sold because he clearly knows what he is doing. The design process was difficult for me because I had to decide where to put the brick accents and how much brick to use. It was hard to visualize for me. Brice was patient with my indecision and helped me make choose. We are very happy with our choice, and we get many compliments. The excavation was efficient and the installation was initially trouble-free. Weather slowed us down because even the threat of rain will cancel the pour. When the job was finally done, however, we were very satisfied. The drive is beautiful. Brice is a wonderful young man (don't let his youth fool you, though, he knows what he is doing).

Fabulous! I have used Brice so many times I know exactly what to expect, the job quality and performance are very consistent. I am realistic and patient with scheduling as with the work Brice dones there are variables in the weather, things underground as he digs etc. so a delay in a previous job may create a delay for me. Brice works only with his dad so they don't just "dispatch a crew" at a certain time. This is a hands on family business that does quality work they put their name on. The thing I have confidence in is knowing that the variance in the start time is never significant. The job he will do is top notch. I can trust him with my property and my old dog. That in and of itself is huge. Just having that kind of ongoing relationship with someone who works in your home is invaluable!

I found Brice on Angie's List and I contacted him for a quote for the landscape work. Brice arrived the next day and reviewed the landscape and also provided me some advice. The next morning, he sent me a quote with a detailed outline of the work to be done including a professional drawing. The quote seems to be fair and reasonable. Brice is honest, friendly and professional. I will definitely use him when I am ready for the landscape work. I highly recommend him.

His work is totally the best. We had a lot of contractors working here who even commented on the job he was doing that it was one of the best paver jobs they had ever seen.

An Oak Tree was lifting up half of the driveway. The one half was removed and replaced and the roots were cut back away from under the driveway.

Brice did an overall fantastic job!!!! As I stated in my above paragraph, he is professional, courteous, honest, and cares about his work! He was prompt with his quoting, his work arrival and the time he needed to finish the job! I wish I could have been more prompt in getting this review up! From the estimate to the completed backyard, things went very smoothly with no glitches or hiccups. I couldn't be more happy and will definitely use Brice again when we start the next project, my courtyard.

After a few scheduling glitches, Brice did another amazing job for us. Second time we have used him and could not be happier with the results. The paver walkway and entry look beautiful. We got what we had hoped for and will certainly use Brice again in the future as well as recomend him to friends and family.

Originally was going to replace cracked sidewalk with new concrete. Brice suggested the pavers were not that much more expensive (not a hard sell just a suggestion of alternatives). I selected the pavers and was more than pleased with the results. We did this in the process of fixing up the house to sell. Several potential buyers including the one that finally bought the house commented on how much they liked the pavers.

Frustrated after contacting four major (only two showed up) pavers to come give us an estimate to expand the back deck and walkway to our backyard my wife remembered hearing about Angie’s List. She joined and began her quest. Let Brice do It was highly recommended as was one other company. Both visited and gave estimates to us. When Brice and George showed up to look at the project and to provide an estimate, we were impressed at their attention to detail. The bid came back from them in a timely manner and on target and we made the decision to proceed. In fact, the estimate was hand delivered and then proceeded to walk us through the scope and where the various charges would come from. We gave them a deposit on the spot. Part of the project required moving in ground sprinkler lines and heads. They included that in the scope. As we began the project the scope would change again with additional small details. As the job changed and expanded Brice was flexible and easy to work with as we made modifications. One wish was to remove a non-functioning water pipe and an air vent pipe for a toilet no longer in place. They happily removed both and took them away. None of which in any way impeded the project. At the end of each business day they would clean up after themselves in such a manner, you’d not even know they were there. We are glad that we made that decision to go with Let Brice Do It and would happily recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We are completely satisfied. Thank you Brice and George! You guys rock. I hope we can use you again in the future.

The Nembachs addressed every one of my concerns and provided solutions. We will use Let Brice Do It for all future paver, concrete, or hardscaping work and strongly recommend them to others who are considering similar projects. Five Stars.

They were nice. The price seemed fair and fine. They were very responsive. Everything is fine so far. They said it would be the end of the month or the beginning of September before they can start because of the weather. Brice (and often his father) came and did the work in September, tearing out an old concrete patio in the back of the house and replacing it with full pavers and putting in a French drain for the pool runoff, adding pavers going to the front and around the front of the house, tearing out a long concrete sidewalk into the courtyard and up to the house and installing pavers. In the end Brice sealed the pavers. Brice also added a knockdown finish around the pool over the concrete that was next to the patio pavers he installed. Brice did high quality work and did it efficiently. Brice was significantly less expensive than one other bid we had. A year and a half later, the pavers look fine and we have had no problem with them. We will use his services again when we do our driveway in povers.

They had good ratings on AngiesList, which is why I called them. They didn't show up to schedule the appointment and failed to return follow up phone call.

It went great. The job took three days, which is just what Brice told me it would. The patio looks wonderful, and they left everything in order.

The overall job went great. the sidewalk turned out perfect. The pavers matched the existing patio. You couldn't even tell it had been extended, It matched perfect. I would defiantly us them again. They were very professional and did great work.
