I originally had Brice come out to do a concrete quote as I was going to convert my screen porch into a sunroom with a block kneewall to eliminate my flooding problems. After explaining my problem to them they grabbed their transom(sp?) from the truck and quickly shot the grade to determine if I had enough drop from back to front for a french drain. I did, so they explained in detail what they could do to solve my problem and provided me a quick estimate with a quote to follow in a few days. The price seemed quite reasonable and asked them to fit me into their schedule. They worked very hard and the result looks great. I had a bunch of retaining wall blocks from a flowerbed I had around the porch and they suggested using them at the edge of the decorative rock since my backyard has such a steep slope and it would've been awkward without it. It turned out great. We've had comments on how good it looks. I would definitely recommend Let Brice Do It to friends.

From the start George and Brice helped with their knowledge of their craft and common sense. The price was very competitive yet I don't think if we had spent twice as much we would have gotten a job as well done. Ready to do whatever would make us happy while still offering good counsel. Professional, clean , considerate and honest. Extra work was done at no extra charge. Telephone and cable companies could learn a lot from small businesses like this.

They came out very professionally with an estimate and were very friendly. They told us exactly what they would do. They even took out the tree roots that were causing the problem. Took all the demolition away and then put the concrete down. Everything was just fine. I am a very particular person and they did a great job.

Though I did not go for competitive bid method, I checked with the home owners association management company manager to get approximate idea on how much driveway repair will cost and this company was very reasonable. Everything I would expect from a small business company - quality work, personable dealing with people, professionally knowlegeable and helpful. First day, they tore the panels of concrete and removed the debris. On second day, they removed the roots of the oak tree which was causing the concrete to rise up, prepared the ground and poured concrete. On third day, after concrete were dry enough, they finished the surface cleaning off anything that was loose and washing down the work area. All works performed was excellent. Now I have a even driveway and feel safe to casually walk on..
