+ -1 moreI SPILLED A GLASS OF WATER ONTO MY LAPTOP AND FRIED IT. THE LAPTOP WAS A COUPLE OF MONTHS OLD. THE CIRCUIT BOARD WAS FRIED. THEY DID A CONSULTATION WITH US AND ESTIMATED THE PRICE IT WOULD BE TO BE FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO COMPLETELY REDO A CONTAMINATED LAPTOP.

+ -1 moreAS FAR AS I KNOW IT WAS OK. I HAD TWO OF THEM, AND ONE OF THEM WAS RETURNED QUICKLY WHILE ANOTHER ONE HAD A FAULTY PART AND IT WAS SENT BACK. OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.
Description of Work: A NEW HARD DRIVE WAS INSTALLED ON A LAPTOP AND AN UPGRADE ON A NEW CD PLAYER.
