Langford Surveying CFL

I paid for the job a couple of months ago and I just called them today because I never received the survey. They were supposed to do a survey of my property. They came out and I saw the orange flags but I never received the documents for the survey. It was between $300 and $400. The problem is not solved.

I sent an email requesting a survey to be done within the next 14 days. Mr. Langford responded to my email by phone, telling me that he would be able to meet that deadline. He did not give a quote for his services stating that he was at a job at the time of returning my call, and would be in contact with me after getting some more info about the property. I did not hear from him for two days and assumed that he was too busy to communicate with me so I hired another surveyor. I immediately contacted Mr. Langford via email in order to let him know that I had made arrangements with someone else. He emailed back that the survey was already completed!! His fee was less than the second surveyor, and the report was in my email that day (after paying by credit card). Paper embossed copies were in my mail next day. A fee quote up front would have been an appropriate thing. WIth a little better communication, this would have been a 5 star review across the board. The service itself was outstanding!
