Existing installation had failed for the 2nd time due to previous electrician's layout and equipment short cuts. Eamon Kenny was recommended by a pool company owner. He returned my 1st call within 2 hours, met me on time at my rental house the next morning, assessed the problem knowledgeably and professionally, had all necessary hardware on his truck, and was finished within 90 minutes. I appreciate that he only did what was necessary, and did not try to make the job bigger than it needed to be. The installation is now far more substantial, meets code, and is much less vulnerable to outages (very important when powering a sewer line pump!) K & S provided a detailed work order itemizing all work done, which I received by email a couple days later. Eamon called to confirm that I had received the paperwork. Other than the slight delay getting the paperwork, it was a perfectly satisfactory encounter.
