Description of Work: I called and they came and gave me an estimate very prompt, retured in a matter of days to commence work. Was to replace trim around my front door windows. They completed one window and left to come back the following day, they came back and I recd a phone call and was told my window was broken by his worker and he would have to order me a new one, I said OK, I called 2 weeks later and was told still on order but he will call me as soon as he gets it, that was 3 weeks ago. I have since called back 2 times and have not been contacted by anyone as yet, I did find it surprising that after I called the first time I got an e mail from Angies list about this vendor! From my past exp I will not be using this company again and possibly we will go to court depending on how much the window is going to cost to replace, I think it may be expensive thats why I think they have not returned my calls.

Description of Work: Greg Elder came by, gave me an estimate, and then never responded to multiple phone and email messages to answer a few questions prior to doing the work. Either he doesn't want or need the work, didn't want to answer questions or had some event preventing him from working. (hope not). Anyway, it was a waste of my time, and I am back at step one.

+ 1 moreThey were very responsive, always showed up on time, stuck to their estimate, which we felt was very reasonable. Staff very polite and competent. Completed the job in 3 days, with all issues being resolved and fixed. We actually enjoyed having them do the work. Felt they were very reasonable and really liked the idea, that they had their own crew and did not sub it out. Will call them again for other repairs.
Description of Work: Rebuilt chimney, leaks and painted. Took off dry rot from dormer window, repaired and painted. Took care of water flooding porch, by building a french drain.

+ 1 moreOur attic is a sealed crawl space posing quite a challenge. Greg Elder and his two associates used much ingenuity to accomplish their task. They did an excellent job. Their work is of the highest quality and the clean up at the end of the project was impressive. We will use their services again.
Description of Work: Extensive electrical work. Wiring of ceiling fixtures and ceiling fans in five rooms. Installed new circuit breaker. Rewired kitchen ceiling and installed new light fixture. Replaced faulty ceiling fixture in dining room chandelier. Installed new ceiling fan and light in foyer.

+ 2 moreGreg responded quickly to our initial phone call, came and reviewed our work list, inspected the exterior of our house, and discussed with us what needed to be done. The work was done in an excellent, professional manner and within the time frame he indicated. Very nice, clean, professional work. We will hire them again when we need assistance. We felt his price was reasonable and worth the work they did.
Description of Work: Painted exterior of house. Repaired and replaced wood on roof and siding. Repaired bifold closet door. Repaired kitchen drawer. Rebuilt mailbox.
