Description of Work: This is a small company. They are honest and communicate very well. Also, very respectful of your privacy when working at home. I use their services every 6 months for carpet cleaning and once a year for upholstery cleaning.

Description of Work: He cleaned my very old, very neglected hardwood floors. He told me from the beginning that the process wasn't going to make them like new, but that it would make them look better. And it did. I think for the amount of money, it was a significant improvement, and he was very nice, punctual and efficient. Overall, I was quite pleased.

The carpets are incredibly clean, and were immediately dry and able to be walked on! we highly recommend this service!

 + 1 moreJeremy gave me a quote over the phone for the carpet and explained the entire process that was used. They did not and do not upcharge what they quote when they show up as some places do. Don showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my 18 year old WHITE carpet. The carpet looked great, and the house smelled great when the job was complete, with the bonus of immediately being able to walk on the carpet by the time Don left. How nice it is to not walk around all day on damp carpet! Overall, Jeremy and Don conduct their business in a kind, courteous, upfront and professional manner, have a great product, and stand behind their work. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Cleaned 18 year old original carpets in Family Room, Formal Areas and Master Bedroom, provided estimate for tile cleaning in kitchen and master bath.

I thought it would be completely dry system, but he used water. I think he is capable of doing what's needed, but he talks too much. I would use him because he is the only one that at this point would actually clean my couch.

 + -1 moreI was looking for a better alternative to the chemical carpet cleaning used by most carpet cleaning services. Looking for "natural carpet cleaning" on the Internet, this company came up as the only provider in our area. They use a special system with organic dry organic material made from seaweed that's used with high-powered equipment. It's non-toxic, doesn't stink, and doesn't stay wet when they're done. The carpets are extremely clean and look almost new. Most, if not all, the spots are gone. Also, the office staff handling the appointment was very friendly and efficient. They emailed all the scheduling info and reminders. The technician Andrew was excellent, very well trained, professional, more than willing to answer any questions, and he did a fantastic and thorough job. I would definitely hire them again and am considering getting their tile and grout cleaning and sealing service, as well.
