These folks are serious professionals; they do what they say they will do with a smile and are a pleasure to work with. What more could one ask?
Description of Work: About six weeks ago my wife noticed that the battery in her beloved tablet was not recharging. That situation is unacceptable as her tablet has become one of life's necessities. I bought a new power cord for it and learned that was not a solution. Of course the next step is to consult Angie's List to find help. After going through an impressive list of possibilities I decided to call InnerTag. A very pleasant young lady answered the phone and I told her my sad story. She thought they could help me and she then connected me to Andrew. Now Andrew, in addition to being an InnerTag principal, is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional techno-genius. He asked all the right questions and told me there were a couple of possible problems and solutions and suggested I drop my bride's precious tablet off and let him look it over. I did that and was further impressed with Andrew. Andrew took my problem unto himself as if it were his problem. After a couple of days Andrew called me and suggested a simple possible fix. We tried that one and it didn't work so he evaluated the other possibilities and determined that the repair necessary would be nearly equal to the cost of a new machine. Now InnerTag is a Lenovo authorized service provider so I asked Andrew to order a new Lenovo tablet for me. He did, I picked it up last week, my bride is happy and thinks I'm a hero; consequently I think Andrew is a hero.

An excellent experience. I usually do routine computer repairs myself, but laptops can be tricky and I needed this repair done quickly for an upcoming business trip. Repairs were completed by the next day, the price was exactly what was quoted, and everything worked well on the trip.
