Did a great job. I have never used a flexible drain pipe before so I am a little skeptical but it seems it will work. I met the owner of this franchise company and he was very friendly. He wanted to see how his sub was doing. The handyman left me his phone number if I see any problems with his work. I am good with it.

The unvetted quality, character and financial stability of the workers. Project was initially delayed because the first individual who estimated the cost of the project and was going to perform the work all of a sudden was no longer with the company a day before the project was to commence. We had to start the project process all over again with a second individual, who did nice work but was having problems with the company owner and we were pulled into the middle of it.

Like the services the company had to offer, the handyman they sent was able to complete the job on the time stated. He kept me informed during the repairs. He was also able to match the paint to the current color already on the wall. I also like the fact that the company send a picture of the handyman that would be handling the job.

Craftsman, Ben, was great. He listen to what I was trying to do and discussed every road bump during install with me. In doing so, we came up with a better solution together. I love my bypass with barn door closet!
