Description of Work: General contracting for a 50 yr old house.. A TON of little projects from fence repair, plumbing issues, electrical issues, painting, closet remodel, on and on. Gaetano and his crew were excellent. His quick response to emails, texts and phone calls are above reproach. Will definitely use him again for the next round of renovations.

Description of Work: We needed roof repair, electrical updating, some new plumbing, paint, floor refinish, cabinets installed, and other repairs.

Description of Work: Gaetano and his crew replaced a water damaged main bean across the back of our home. I was really impressed as to how they safely and systematically removed the old and replaced with new structurally sound lumber.

Description of Work: Replaced a glass block window and re-stuccoed the exterior.

Description of Work: He installed some French doors for me. He was good to call back and follow up.

Description of Work: He gave me a drawing and a comparable quote to others. I did not use his services due to a connection I had with another builder. He was very, very nice and very professional.

Description of Work: Gaetano has completed numerous projects in our home. We started with our ugly, outdated, inefficient windows. Gaetano gave us a very fair price for high quality Anderson windows and completed the installation flawlessly in a day and a half. He also updated our sunroom with an AMAZING hardwood ceiling and electrical. Again, everything was installed expertly and quickly. He has replaced doors as well. Our biggest project came this past February when we decided to remodel our master bath and part of our guest bath. I can tell you from another experience that Gaetano's work outshines anyone I've seen. We were able to find solutions to the redesign that cut costs (like moving plumbing, etc.). In addition, we ended up with a gorgeous, efficient design that includes subway tile around the bath, water resistant hardwood ceiling, double sink, new lighting, and most importantly, a beautiful room. The best part? He completed this in a week!

Description of Work: We live in a ranch home in Winter Park that was built in the 50's and were in need of someone to come in to open a few walls to allow for a more open floor plan as well as patch almost 60 year old parquet flooring. Gaetano met with us to explain the scope of the job and give us an estimate. His pricing was very reasonable and he executed the project within the time projected. His work is meticulous!! He is an expert craftsman, trustworthy, friendly, intelligent...an absolute pleasure to do business with. He did have to have a few subs come to complete certain aspects of the job and they were equally as professional and reliable. We look forward to having Gaetano help us with future home improvements! Description of Work: Gaetano Oddi has completed many home projects for us including custom woodwork, drywall, carpentry, door installations and many other home projects. We had a problem with a drywall ceiling in our home office that Gaetano was able to diagnose and quickly repair. Recently, he has also repaired many of our old French doors and installed several interior closet doors.
