INSTALL WENT VERY WELL AS CONTRACTED . COMPANY INSTALLER JAMES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT . JAMES ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ALL THROUGH THE JOB . THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MATTER AS CONTRACTED.ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU JAMES FOR A EXCELLENT JOB...............

After reading a bad review that I wrote (at the request of Angie's List solicited by e-mail) about previous service I had, the vendor contacted me to resolve the previous issue which they did very quickly, at no cost and in a very professional manner,

They did the (9) windows in one day and the doors the next. Great job.

Unfortunately, it has been a month and we still have not received the estimate. If I have to make a follow up call to get the estimate, I'm not sure about hiring to do a job. I am suprised at this, I have heard good things about them. Don't know what happened.

The comments in "What did the provider do?" also apply to this section.

I am disappointed in them. I called them numerous times; they tried to fix it but it's been years now and the door just not open and close nicely. They come out numerous times and never fixed it. I would think that they would replace the hinges because they think it was the way of the door. They come out and do the hinges all the time. It's difficult for people to open and close the door. I am the only one who knows how to do it. I have to open and close it for everybody. I gave up calling them; I had them out so many times. There's never work right since I had it installed. They were friendly and courteous but they never fixed the problem.

They are very good. Everyone who works on the job is employed there are no subs. They are very professional. I like the quality of their work and it is outstanding.

They were good. I just spent $5000 on new windows and no heat is coming in, I'm happy about that. They were fine.

They did a good job. They came out, pulled the permits then put it in. Everything went fine.

I know they gave a better deal than what Sears offered. That was the reason I went with them for identical windows. They were good. They did a good job. They showed up on time. One of the windows had a problem a couple of years after it was installed. I contacted them. They came and replaced it without charging anything. My interaction with them was good. They were very polite. I actually recommended their services to friends and family members and they used them.

They did a pretty good job. I replaced three sets of French doors at the back. It was not cheap. They showed up on time and completed it on schedule within the budget we agreed upon. I have had one adjustment needed. They came back out pretty quickly and did that for me and that was several months later.

FAS is very professional and detail oriented. They came and measured for the new doors and explained everything. It took 2 days to install it all (they said it would take that long) and did a fantastic job. The doors look wonderful. They completely cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend them to all.

They were excellent. My only complaint is that it took so long. They only have one guy to install these things and he is backed up like crazy. I think it took me 6 months to get these doors. But once the installer got started he was excellent. He knew what he was doing and cleaned up, but it took so long.

The experience was absolutely wonderful; top of the line. The installer was awesome; he was amazing. I get rebates on these windows from my power company. We did shop around, but we decided to go with this company because it has such a good reputation locally. We did not price shop, but they were cheaper than a nationally known window company. The responsiveness of the installer was great. I did not have any service issues with them; they came when they said they would. I plan to use them to work on my doors in the future.

FAS Windows & Doors is wonderful. They were great. When I called for the appointment, to have someone come and give me a price, they made the appointment immediately and they followed it up via email. They were on time. The price they gave me and when they said the work would be done, it was done a week earlier than what they said which was great. The installation people were fantastic. They were neat, clean, on time and they did everything perfectly. I'd recommend them to use them for windows and doors. It was a fair price and the work was good.

My experience with them was good. They were great. It's a good company. They were a little pricier.

FAS Windows & Doors were absolutely wonderful. I love my windows. The service turned out great. They did it all, cleaned up everything and I couldn't ask for better service. If I ever have to have another window replaced it will be through them. Fortunately, it will be another house probably because I've got all these done. I shopped around, I also heard a lot of the advertisements they do on the radio. The price is comparable but I didn't think that the quality of the other places was as good, that's the reason why we went with them. They had it done in two and a half days. They took out the old, put in the new and cleaned up all the mess. It was in August when it was really hot last year so they didn't work full day from 8-5, he worked until about 1 when it really started getting hot and then of course they quit which was fine.

I didn't have much of an issue at all. They did it quickly and they were very professional. There were no issues at all.

I had a very good experience. They did a good job of installing. The only dislike is when they came out and measured my front door they told me they couldn’t put in larger panels. So I had to get 2 smaller ones. They ended up taking the old door off and put new one on; the 2 smaller ones wouldn’t fit. I told them that I wanted the 2 smaller ones to begin with. They told they would order it for me. The problem is I ended up paying the cost for the extra piece. I feel sad that it is still sitting in my garage and I haven’t been able to sell it yet. The quality of their work and the windows are excellent.
