Description of Work: Replaced all windows (18) with vinyl double hung. Some were tinted for sun protection and some were tempered. We were pleased with the work F&S did and when we needed a defective window replaced they were very responsive. We would use them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: We had 3 casement windows and a door replacement in a 1950's house. We've had to have FAS come out and repair some of the window arms. They've had good follow-up and good repair service. I was not so impressed with the initial installation, but they've done a good job of remedying all the issues.

Description of Work: Need one window replaced, did a live chat explained that to rep they had a sales rep call me only to say they have a 3 window minimum. They were very friendly, I would only suggest that the live chat rep who have just provided the information about 3 window requirement up front. Back to searching for other companies on angieslist now.

Description of Work: They never did the job after signing the contract and paying the deposit they strung me along for 6 months, then took 2 more months to return my deposit. Their reason was they do not replace windows in two story homes, that have a pool. I think they bid the job to low and was hoping I would cancel the contract and forfeit my deposit.
