Description of Work: They were very open with giving us quotes. When we changed what we wanted to do, they were quick to update us with a new quote. We let them know that we were going to get a couple of other things done from another company, for the same amount of money that they offered. This was a positive experience and I appreciated with how they treated us.

Description of Work: FAS were professional throughout my whole purchasing experience. They were one of four estimates I had. They weren't the cheapest but they offered the best overall package of quality, guarantee etc. I kept changing the install date as my calendar got more and more difficult but they worked with me on this and stayed very flexible. The actual install was excellent. When the County inspected the install they had nothing but praise for the quality of workmanship. I am very pleased and I would recommend FAS.
