Previous Angies list recommended roofer refused job without repairing entire roof for middle five figures. Lundberg did excellent work and completely repaired without leakage or problems after repair for middle four figures. Naturally, I am happy.

We called him after someone else tried to fix the leak several times. He came in and fixed the leak, and repaired both of our skylights. He was able to match the shingles. We refererred him to our neighbor, who's daughter needed a new roof. They were very pleased with them asl well.

I contacted David Lundberg. He told me that his foreman (Larry) would meet me on a certain day for an estimate. Larry came on the specified day, spent more than a reasonable amount of time with my roof and myself, and gave me a reasonable estimate. I called Larry a few days later to give him the go ahead. He in turn gave me a start date and an approximation of how long the job would take. They returned on that date and did the repairs within the specified time. They did everything they said they would do and at all times acted in a professional and courteous manner. I have been burnt so many times on construction projects. It's nice to know there's still people out there within the industry with integrity. I would definitely use them again. In fact, I'm not sure I would even consider anyone else for my roofing needs.

Ihad two other people out to fix leak, to no avail, called Lundberg, talked to David himself, he came out and inspected the roof and said that he could fix it for 250 dollars, one of his people came out and fixed it in 15min, no more leaks! My roof is over 10 years old, ask him if it needed replaced, he said no and that it would last for another 3 years or more, If I have roofing trouble again, guess who I will use....Thanks David it's good to see honest people out there.

They were very responsive and courteous. They were prompt and caring. They did a great job overall.

David showed up on time, spent the time and effort to help us understand our problem and the options available. In very short order he had determined the cause of our problem and resolved it just as quickly. I would not hesitate to provide the best reference possible for this person.

Opened closet door in spare bedroom and discovered mold and mildew! Should not have been surprised because it has leaked around chimney numerous times in the past and the sound of rain on the roof was sounding a bit like rain down the chimney lately. Called Lundberg who came out the next day. He inspected roof and gave detailed estimate. I was in shock and went on at length as to how shocked and dismayed I was about the cost. Dave was exceptionally patient and quietly listented to me carry on, and also gave suggestions for how I could save money by not having some of the work done. After I had wasted quite a bit of Dave's time being shocked, I signed the estimate and agreed to the work. I did not get any other estimates. It was not his estimate that had me dismayed, but the extent of the work necessary due to deferred maintenance for which I was solely responsible. Had to wait over a week, but the morning the roofers were to arrive, I received a call to let me know they were coming. The 2 guys who came were wonderful and I foolishly did not ask their names. When the exposed beams showed evidence of termites, they let me know and said they would keep the area open for a couple of hours to permit treatment if I could get someone out that quickly. Turned out it was subterrean termites so spot treatment was not necessary, but I really appreciated their telling me and offering to keep open for treatment. They also put some screws into fence gate which was coming apart. They were super nice to my dog who was not particularly nice to them all the time. Time will tell if my leaking chimney is finally fixed once and for all, but I have a feeling that it is; no sounds of rain down the chimney during last downpour. Dave was not impatient or condescending with me, and the roofers were just wonderful. They cleaned up so well after themselves that you couldn't even tell they had been there.

They were very professional and prompt. Their pricing was higher and their guaranty was less. They had added some extra work in the estimate but the price was very high.

David hired his crew and gave them a diagram and all the specifics. They came at the time expected and completed before the end of the day.

The whole experience was as pleasant as it can be when spending such a large sum of money. Dave and his crew were exemplary in every respect. The contract was simple and clear. Nomouseprint. All aws clearly expained. His crew chief aws always prompt polite and efficient and the whole area was immaculate afterwards. If only all transactions could be as clearcut and efficient as this one Highly recomended

The roof looks great and there is no leak. All debris was removed and no plants damaged.

He came out with a crew who patched the roof while he was giving me an estimate during the hurricane. His bill was less than several other people who quoted us. He has done regular maintenance on our roof and we love his service and expertise. If your roof ever leaked in the meantime, he would send his crew to patch it right away.

They do excellent work. They are responsive. Everything is as it should be. They always come to the front door and let me know they are here. I would recommend them and use them again.

David Lundberg's crew is a small crew and they know what they are doing. I got good value for what I paid and I am confident in them. I believe they got the full job done in a 2 week period of time, and I was happy with that time frame.

Lundburg Roofing did really awesome work. They were fast and professional. They guarantee their work and they gave us a really good estimate too. We would recommend them to anyone.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AFTER THEY LEFT. I WOULD SAY THE CLEANLINESS WAS REALLY GOOD. IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO GET BACK TO US WHEN WE CALLED THEM. THERE WAS A WAITING LIST FOR REPAIRS PROBABLY DUE TO THE HURRICANE SO IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. IT WAS RAINY SEASON, SO THAT WAS ANOTHER REASON WHY IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET OUT HERE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPECTABLE PEOPLE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE HONEST AND HARDWORKING AND VERY FRIENDLY. WHEN THEY HAD FINISHED, EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP. THERE WERE NO NAILS OR ANYTHING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY,POSITIVE. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN THE BEST COMPANY THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH SO REPAIRS. EVERYONE FROM THIS COMPANY THAT WE HAVE COM IN CONTACT WITH HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, HONEST, AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WISH THAT THERE WERE COMPANY LIKE THIS.

THE LEAK WAS CAUSED FROM SQUIRRELS OR RATS CHEWING ON A VENT IN MY ROOF. THEY PROMPTLY REPAIRED IT TO MY SATISFACTION AT ANOMINAL CHARGE SINCE THE ROOF WAS ONLY SIX YEARS OLD.
