There was nothing negative, it was just that their price was out of my budget. They were extremely professional. I would use them in the future if I could afford it.

My husband had been admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis the day before the work was scheduled to begin. The gentlemen who came to perform the work on a Saturday were courteous professional prompt and efficient. They did an excellent job repairing the mistakes of the previous roofing company which had gone out of business. I will definately use David Lundberg roofing in the future and recommend his company to my friends and relatives.

I called Winter Park Roofing to set up an appointment and an estimate for roof repairs. I was told I would receive a call. I did not receive a return call. Poor Service!

I did not have to get on the roof or anything. They showed up when they were supposed to, they did what they were supposed to. They were professional and I was happy. Price wise I did not shop around. Everything was fast paced when I had the work done. So I did not have time to check it over. The roof does not leak anymore. I will use them again.

David estimated the job and scheduled the work. His employees were on time, did an excellent job and presented themselves in a professional manner.

I found Lundberg Roofing on Angie's list and I recieved exactly the type of high-grade service and workmanship that I was looking for. Mr. Lundberg the owner, Mark the supervisor, Wendy the receptionist and the entire crew are friendly, professional and knowlegable which made the whole experience a relaxed and comfortable one. I am quite pleased with Lundberg Roofing and highly recommend this company to you.

David, gave an estimate. He presented this in a very professional way. In a brochure with a license, and previous customer recommendations, etc. Communication was excellent. Clean up was excellent. I would recommend to others without hesitation !

Not well; estimator never showed up for scheduled appointment

Mr. Lundberg himself came out, talked with me and explained everything clearly. He emailed me his proposal and was very reasonable compared to my other bids. He came in right in the middle, but he had also been referred by a previous customer, so I chose his company and was very pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and response to any questions or concerns that I had.

They are on Angie’s List. They were very prompt. I thought they were accurate in terms of what needed to be done. They didn’t try to get me to do more than what was needed to be done. It ended up being a very small job. They charged me about $100 for their services. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

David arrived and gave an estimate which was within $50.00 of the original (the solar tube was$ 50.00 more than quoted) Rain caused some delays but overall they did a good job. Nice people working for him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof he is reliable and does what he says he will do.

Larry called and was on time to take a look at what I wanted to get done. He gave me a written quote on the spot, the team showed up about two weeks later and did the work. The day before they showed up to do the work my skylight stated leaking, I asked if they could take a look at it and they fixed the leak on the spot while they were installing the vents. The roof venting was primed black and the install team asked if I had the paint (gray) that I painted the dryer vent with. I left the paint in the garage and the install team painted the roof vent to match the dryer vent. That attention to detail really shows pride in work and a professionalism you rarely find in Florida.

A skylight was leaking and the ceiling drywall was getting soaked. I called for an estimate and David came out that day to see what needed to be done. The estimate was very reasonable to replace the sky light and some of the adjacent shingles so we agreed they would do the work. It was going to be a week or so before they could get back to fix it so I asked if there was something they could do in the meantime to keep more water from coming in. David said he would have someone come back the next day to put a tarp or something over the area, which they did. A week later they showed up to replace the sky light. The repair was done quickly and done well. Everyone involved was prompt, professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We called David Lundberg Bldg & Roofing on 6/20/11 for an estimate. He came on 6/23/11 and presented us with a very professional brochure and would email his estimate on Monday, June 27, 2011. On July 6, 2011 we called receptionist who said he had been very busy, plus had a family issue. Would have him call July 7, 2011. Received his estimate via email on 7/8/11. His estimate was acceptable, however, in the meanwhile we decided on another roofing company.

Took 5 days or so. Workers were curteous, friendly and worked without wasting time - NO loud music, yelling, or bad language!! Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!

David is very honest and professional. Recently, he came out for inspection of our roof for an insurance report. Normally a medical inspector charges a fee for roof evaluation, but he went on my roof and evaluated it and gave me a full report on my roof. He filled the paperwork for my insurance company. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection. I have been very happy with the professional level that he has provided. I would definitely recommend him to others and I have recommended him in the past. He is licensed and he does everything to the appropriate building quotes and he has a proper insurance. He is somebody that I know is going to be around for a long term.

David was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

The work was performed on schedule commited. He allowed the workers to take photographs so that I could see the extent of the damage and the progress of work while I was traveling. The damage was worse than was described. The boards around the chimney had rotted. The work was done professionally and looks like new. Clean-up was spotless. The cap had to be ordered but was replaced with a trip back the following week. All in all outstanding work and unusual professionalism.

In the past I have had a few roofers I've called for repairs, who have told me our tile roof needs to be replaced. I asked David to just let me know about the repairs needed, and he did exactly that, and agreed the roof was fine otherwise. He is very professional and did only the work needed. His employees came when they said they would, did the work while I was gone and there were no problems at all. They cleaned up when done, and I was very pleased. We felt the price was fair for the work involved.

It looks great - like it was part of the original roof. He also recommended a pool company to take care of my solar heaters that turned out to be fantastic. I don't know how he can work for so little money, but I'm not arguing. When it comes time to replace the entire roof in a few years, he is definitely my man. He also pointed out some loose vinyl panels on the side of my house that he did not charge to nail in. Awesome.

My wife and I were impressed by David's no-pressure professionalism; he provided what seemed to be a very fair price and even recommended that we get other estimates. A couple of days later, we called him back to book his services, and he managed to fit in our job later that week. We worked out billing over the phone, and his crew completed the repair while we were at work. No leaks since then, even with some crazy rain in March.

The take home message is that I think they did an excellent job and would utilize Mr. Lundberg's services again. He was generally good about getting back to me and starting the work. Now the limited bad experience I had. The crew who stripped the old roof showed up at 9 and left at 2:30 everyday they were there (I was home during the removal, so this is first-hand knowledge). I was told that the entire process would take about 5 days. Stripping the roof took 4 days. I was a little disappointed with this phase of work, but I think that is typical of most construction jobs to go longer than promised. Now to the good, they started with removal of the chimney and reconstruction of the wall. The crew was really fast, friendly, asked me about the details when they had questions and did a very good job. Portions of the roof deck was replaced (as expected) in addition to some areas that weren't anticipated. Mark, the project leader, detailed to me what and why things were replaced. The roofer was ridiculously fast. He spent about 12 hours on the roof before it was done. Everything looks great, there are no leaks and even my neighbors comment how good and fast Mr. Lundberg's crew is at their job. I would recommend him and utilize him again in the future. Even if you don't use Mr. Lundberg, I would recommend going to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Better Business Bureau to review the complaints and actions filed against a licensed contract. Mr. Lundberg received no complaints as of March 16, 2011 and he's been in business for 30+ years. He does not require the first payment until supplies arrive (i.e. until the shingles arrived after the roof was stripped) and then a final payment when the work is completed. He also provides the release of lien for his suppliers. He did not utilize sub-contractors.

Very professional and quick estimate for roof replacement. Set up the date to perform work. Work was accomplished within the time frame that was discussed. Workers notified us upon arrival and departure. Work was performed quickly, and each day the work area was cleaned.

I was very pleased and I have recommended him to others. There was a leak three months after the warranty expired, but they still came and fixed it for me for no extra charge. He was very professional and I had no complaints. I liked the proposal, it was very well done. He came when he said he would come and he did a very good job.

David was the first of 3 bids that I received. After meeting him I wanted to hire him right away, but knew that I needed to follow through on getting 3 different bids. As it turned out David Lundberg's bid was the most competitive, but he also was the most professional when he came to prepare his proposal. I trusted him from the start. He said how much it would cost, and how long it would take. And he was spot on. His crew were professional, neat and considerate. No loud music, or unpredictable schedules. They worked for three days and did a perfect job. Each day they cleaned up all of the mess that they had made that day. Excellent work, great price!
