The occupant of the townhouse advised that there were water marks on the ceiling. Contacted company and they sent workers to fix problem. Didn't have to be there and since we live about 20 miles from this property, that was a positive. They promptly found and fixed the cause of the leak. In the course of the process, the company found a potentially larger problem and provided an estimate to fix that as well. The 2nd issue was fixed when conditions permitted. The repair is guaranteed for a year. Very happy with company as they were reasonable and kept in touch regarding timing and related issues. Also appreciated their not requiring us to be there for the work. All in all a good experience .

We had moved into our house and discovered that it has had several small but steady roof leaks at different places that looked like they had been leaking a long time and two sites that had leaked earlier but may or may not have been leaking when we moved in. We had to call five different roofing companies in order to get three to come to give estimates. One of the three never showed for the first appointment. One other company's proposed solution was to suggest adding more roofing sealer on the flashing over the leak sites. Lundberg Roofing's guy impressed us from the start as being knowledgable and careful. He did a complete assessment of the possible leak sources and provided an estimate. It was not the lowest estimate, but his explanation of the source of the problems made a lot of sense. The main problem areas were where vertical walls meet the roof. At one site, the problem was because the original shingles had not been installed correctly over the flashing at several points. The repairs included replacing compromised roof decking and new underlayment and shingles. At the other problem site, the leak was more complicated. After repairing flashing, the leaking worsened in the next heavy rain. Lundberg's customer support was excellent at this point. His supervisor came right away to lay out tarps in the attic and on the roof. Later, the workers were able to track down flashing around a window as another source of the long time leak. They repaired that leak, the exterior stucco wall, etc. The job turned out to be more involved than expected, but we are happy with how David Lundberg's company took care of our concerns at all stages of the process. Things go wrong when working on house projects and this company's approach to taking care of such problems quickly and competently dealing with unforseen difficulties is refreshing. We definitely recommend Lundberg Roofing based on our experience. We will use them for future roofing work.

They were resonably priced, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I was totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

This comany provided an excellent service. Mr. Lundberg arrived on time to review the work to be performed and provided a reasonable estimate. He returned a week later and completed all work as agreed. The quality of their work is outstanding. Mr. Lundberg did not request a down payment and completed the job as agreed in my absense. He did not have any problem with the fact that the payment was mailed to him after the job was completed. I wil certainly retain their services again if needed and will recommend them to my friends and associates.

Excellent. I called and he came out and gave me a quote within a few days. Since it is rainy season, and water was streaming in the house every afternoon with the thunderstorms, I was grateful for the prompt response. His quote was about the same as one other I had gotten, but the other company told me they couldn't do the work for several weeks. David Lundberg roofing company got started within the week. They arrived on time and built a cricket to avert water from the chimney, repaired some wood around the chimney and left everything neat and orderly. There were no hidden surprises and the price was exactly as quoted. They did a super job and I would definitely use them again.

I obtained several quotes from several companies listed on here and not only was David's the most reasonable, he did not try to talk me into an entire re-roofing (that was not needed) like the others did. I called and spoke with the gal who runs the office- who is a sweetheart- and set up an estimate time. David was on time and he was very professional. He gave me an estimate that was within $100 of what my home inspector said it should cost. David answered all my questions and returned my calls promptly. Due to the raining and storms every day lately, he couldn't get started right away but promised to call in a week and he did. He called the morning they started and his crew had to split the job into several days due to inclement weather. I could barely tell they had been there since they did such a good job cleaning up after themselves. They cleaned up every bit of material and carefully placed the satellite dishes from the roof in a neat pile in my carport. I didn't even have to be home for the work to be done! When the job was done, an invoice was left tucked in my door. I called and made payment and was floored to receive a thank you note in the mail 2 days later!!!! That REALLY impressed me! When I am due for a roof in 2-3 years, I will surely be calling David again!

The roof was leaking into the garage. We hired someone to fix it. We paid him $500 only to be left with the roof still leaking. We looked on Angies List for reviews of roofers and that is how we found David. He was very professional and quick to respnd to us. He gave a detailed estimate and explained everything very thoroughly. He had a very professional, trusting manner. We were very pleased to see there was no more leaky roof the next time it rained! It has been a few months now and we went through HUGE amounts of rain last month and the repair is doing just fine!

Our experience with David Lundberg Building and Roofing was great. He did everything we needed. He met the needs of our insurance company. He was wonderful and therefor lowered our insurance bill considerably.

There is nothing I didn’t like about them. He did everything he was supposed to. I asked a couple of times regarding the nature of repair that was supposed to be made and his solution was not only thorough but was also the most economical. The price was little better than what the other ones are. I am going to have him for another project.

The two individuals did an excellent job. I did not have to be at home, they finished in 2 visits and cleaned up the area very well. I was not pressured to pay right away, but they called later to arrange a payment which was by CC. It was an easy service all the way through. Thanks!!

Once the employees arrived at the house everything went very well. communications with the company was difficult, mistakes with the scheduled estimate, and then with scheduling the actual work.

David Lundberg's personnel showed up on time, were skilled/hard working, and they completed the entire job within four days. They were polite and they cleaned up the area everyday. His personnel were obviously well trained and took pride in doing a good job. He visited the job site daily and monitored their progress/work quality. The workers brought in a trailer everyday to accumulate and remove the debris. It was a real convenience to have them take the trailer away at the end of the workday. A lot of roofers use a dumptster to accumulate the debris and it blocks the driveway from the start to the completion of the job. Daily removal of the debris trailer was a great. service because we were able to keep our car in the garage overnight. I considered the price of this job to be reasonable and the daily visits by David Lundberg were appreciated. His visits allowed us to get any questions, we had, answered promptly. I am confident that he will stand behind his work and highly recommend his company to others.

I have used him twice and he is excellent. He was wonderful. A couple years ago I had interviewed a few different roofers and he came, he was courteous, professional and he was available. Some of the others didn't even call me back! I would use him again.

He used his own employees, not subcontractors. They were hardworking and cleaned the area each day so that there wasn't a big mess. His employees also helped when Dave wasn't there. They answered all my questions, and they were conscientious. I did feel like it took them a bit too long to complete the job, but I am happy with the job they did. I recently called Dave out to look at some flashing that seemed to stick out, and he explained what it was and also kindly painted it and caulked the wood around it so that it would look nicer. I have not had any problems with the roof in the five months since it was completed. Sometimes, I didn't get a return call as quickly as I felt I should have. I am frugal, so I'm never happy with the cost of anything!

i called them on april 13th. mr. lundburg came by the following monday and gave me an estimate for 120.00. his guys came out late afternoon on friday april 20th and did the repair. i received the statement for 120.00 and sent them a check.

The roofing job turned out very well. The one thing that I would want to recommend to someone new to the area is that the owner comes and quotes the job directly, so one definitely gets to see the face behind the product. I would give them A ratings across the board. They were courteous, cost effective and easy to deal with. They were reliable, and they got the job done within the estimated time. I really didn’t have any complaints about them, and I would use them again in the future.

David Lundberg provided estimates to repair some roof damage, including something done wrong by the builder 12 years ago, and another estimate for a complete re-shingle of my roof. Both estimates where competitive with ones I received from other companies. David is very professional. By that I mean he could have easily pushed me into a re-shingle now, which another major roofer recommended, but he did not. He listened to my concerns and gave me what I believe is his honest opinion about the remaining life of my roof. I had him do the repairs for now. His crew showed up on time, were very polite, got the job done, and cleaned up before leaving. I will call David back in a few years when I do need a new roof and highly recommend his company to anyone needing roofing work done.

This job was done professionally from start to finish. I obtained estimates from 3 roofers that had A+ BBB ratings and A ratings on Angie's List. The prices were comparable, with David's estimate being in the middle. David's impeccable record on Angie's List was confirmed by two personal recommendations from past customers who are friends. This roof was definitely in the "unique" catagory. The house had been added on twice previously. A portion of the roof had a 2/12 slope which was marginal (at best) for shingles. The remainder was flat, with a negative slope. Water would pool after a rain. Tapered insulation was installed to provide the needed positive slope. Mark and his team arrived as scheduled. They worked together very well and each was competent and professional. Mark allowed me to check the A/C ductwork as wood was removed. A leak was detected in the main A/C duct and additional boards were removed to access the duct and repair the leak. Mark pointed out that one of the plumbing vents was located only 2 inches from a wall (as a result of an add-on), which made it almost impossible to seal. He relocated the vent pipe which avoided any future leak possibilities. This was a big plus in my eyes, and reinforced my decision to use this company. The roof was completed as scheduled and professionally. Cleanup was done daily at the end of day. The county inspector commented that we had a "tight roof"!
