The service person was prompt, friendly and very helpful. He completed the inspection and sealing in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I would hire this company again.

My roof was fully replaced in 2004 after Hurricane Charley. Within a year, I was having leaks in the brand-new roof! Even though I did my due diligence finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor during the post-hurricane madness, this one too disappeared from the area soon after the chaos. I have lost count of how many people have come to look at the roof and have not been able to figure out where the leak is originated; however, all of them could patch or fix something. The David Lundberg representative showed up right on time. Based on multiple quotes prior to this one, his inspection was, by far, the most thorough. He explained to me what he believed was the culprit, which no one else had been able to point out. Furthermore, all previous quotes had a 3-month warranty to a 6-month warranty based on how much roof tiles were replaced. Warranty was the deal breaker for me. David Lundberg provided us with a 1-year warranty! Even if I am not a roof expert (to inspect what they did, and be able to say whether it was - or wasn't - , properly done), I have the peace of mind that I have a full year to call them back if something goes wrong, which I truly hope doesn't. I am very pleased with the service; I hope their workmanship is equally solid. As of right now, I would use them again.

Contacted David Lundberg roofing on a Thursday and meet David at the property the next day. The estimate for the re-roof was given at that time along with the Angie's list rebate. The price was $1,600.00 less than a competitor. Need less to say, I accepted the price and work was started 5 days later. They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up. I would highly recommend them as a roofing company. Great job and service.

David arrived on time, was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the roof.

Great from start to finish!

From the time I contacted the company, I was given courteous and professional service. The only mishaps was scheduling a service call. I was offered a date and accepted it and then said it would not be a good date. The computer didn't get the change, but the repairman noticed the scheduled date and saw the problem and called and rescheduled. He came in the time slot and performed his roof inspection and repairs. It was a good experience and I have peace of mind.

It went well, except for the mix up on the 2nd appointment, see above.

They are very efficient and quick. Their price was reasonable. There was no service charge and they just charged me for the job. He gets to you just as quickly as he can. He will do not just big roofing jobs and contracting jobs, but he is just as professional when you have a small job to do. He even sent me a thank you card saying that he appreciated my calling him and wants my business forever. How often do you see that?

Cam arrived right on time (a few minutes early, which is right on time for me!) and my father was in town visiting. I was out at the store, but had left my home inspection pictures/etc for my dad to show the loose shingles. Cam advised that was an easy fix and started work right away. I arrived home before he had completed and he reviewed all that he had seen. I inquired how much life was left on this original room and he said I would need a new roof within the next 3 years (as my home inspector had also told me) but did not try to sell me on anything that was not needed. He was very knowledgable. Cam advised of a few areas I should keep an eye on and advised that they do provide a write up with pictures, and if I was interested in that to call the office. I just left a voicemail for that report to be emailed to me. On a side note, I had invited Cam into the house to discuss the check off list and he kindly removed his shoes before entering. It's very small, but I have seen that many people do not do this. I had a cable guy track a bunch of dirt all over the floor -- so this was a nice kudos for this company and Cam as well.

I would give Lundberg Roofing an A+ if that were an option. I had an area of water damaged wood beneath my roof overhang. David Lundberg arrived promptly at the appointed time to inspect the roof and give an estimate. A few minutes later he knocked on the door to tell me he had found the problem--a bent nail. He removed the nail, sealed the area and did not charge me anything! I was impressed with how quickly he discovered the problem and how honest he was about the findings. I highly recommend Lundberg Roofing.

This is the third time we have used Lundberg Roofing, and as before they came, inspected the roof, showed me photos of the damage , gave an estimate, and repaired the damaged areas. They used tiles I had to save us money. Very professional and good value. I have been very pleased and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Roof does not leak now. Outstanding job.

The owner came to our home for the inspection and was very friendly and honest. We were under the impression that we needed a new roof after speaking with a few other roofing companies. He felt that our roof had at least another 10 years of life left. Instead of paying over $14000 for a new roof we were able to patch several problem areas that have resolved the problem. It did take a few weeks to get an appointment. Once the appointment was set up, the work was performed on time. We are very satisfied.

The estimate was done very well by Kem. he provided photos of the damage and where the leak might be. Described the work to be done. The work was done when promised and in budget. There have been no leaks since, so I suppose the work was done well. The only knock is that the scheduling was 4 weeks after estimate (was told 3 weeks by Kem) - so had to brave 2 more rain storms during which the leak persisted. Then had to call repeatedly during the 3rd week to make sure that I was on their schedule for early 4th week. Being a pest paid off, I guess, since I was put in on Monday of Week 4.

He is fabulous. He is very conscientious about how he does the work and the final product. He is accurate and lets you know in advance as to what it will will look like. He is honest, cleans up well, and is very informative. He is very hands on with his employees to make sure everything is done right.

I received the written report as promised. On 7.6.12 the roofing crew came out and found/fixed my garage leak. They were quick and professional + plus they also cleaned up when they finished.

Estimate was $1000 less than others. Prompt, professional service. Accomodated my schedule for estimate and work without issues. office staff and work crews were professional, courteous. Cleaned up daily. Took their time and did the job right. No hesitation in the recommendation.

Very pleased and would certainly recommend

I didn't call anyone else for estimates so I am not sure if this was a great price or what. I had heard from 2 trusted people they were good. The reviews here on Angie's List were good also, so I went with Lundberg. A guy came out and looked at the mess my roof was in and said he would get back to me on an estimate. I was emailed an estimate a few days later. I told them to go ahead and fix the roof. It took them a week or so to get to it. Guess the roofing business is/was jumping. I was not there when the job was done but my neighbor kept an eye on them and said they worked their .... off. Well, they worked hard until the job was done. I inspected the roof when I got home a few weeks later. I am no roofer. Nope. But I was very pleased with what I saw. They somehow matched the shingles I had with the ones they used. The roof looks like it should instead of like some maniac with same tar and sheets of black asphalt went nuts up there. Sometimes I like to just go out and look at it. It makes me happy to know what it was like and to see it like it should've been all along. Very professional. But the best part is that it does not leak at all. Not a drop. Use to leak buckets. Buckets I say! I will use them again for any future roofing needs.

Mr. Lundberg performed a detailed review of the problems and issues and presented an estimate based on his review. We discussed possible timelines for the work to be performed and agreed on date and time. His crews showed up as agreed. There was considerable repair work and re-shingles to be done and the work was performed over 3 days. During the entire time the crews were on-site they worked hard. Job was completed on time and at the estimated price, and I am very satisfied. The crews impressed me with their dedication and impressing me is hard to do.

Mr. Lundberg came out and gave us an estimate to repair a roof leak that surfaced after 7 years. He thoroughly explained what had to be repaired and how it was going to be done. The work was performed promptly and professionally. The roofer took great pains to match the new shingles with the existing ones. Great job overall.

I contacted David Lundberg Roofing to complete a roofing estimate on the roof above my garage. I obtained three estimates from contractors on Angie's List and they provided the highest estimate. I decided to use them since they have been in business for a longtime and I could not find any complaints on either Angie List or the BBB.org website. The work performed was professional and completed very quickly, however I did have to follow-up to ensure the permits inspections were completed with the city to satsify my insurance company. I graded the company a C due to slowness of communication and overall price. However the work performed was done correctly, quickly and in a professional manner. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions.
