They took care of it within like five or seven days of the deal purchase. They actually came out on their own schedule and did it, so I did not have to schedule anything. Everything was positive, but the only thing I would like them to improve on is how they came and did the whole thing when I was not there. My babysitter was here with my infant son, so I didn't have a chance to speak face-to-face with the people who did the work. They did leave notes, comments, and a contact phone number.

At any time anyone is welcome to see the bucket that now collects the dripping water, especially during the heavy rains of Andrea last week. I am now contracting a different roofer to do exactly what Mr. Lundberg's Company stated in his estimate.

Checked overall condition of he roof. After cleaning and sealing where necessary, he even came back the the next day to screw down the ridge vents.

They came out promptly after we called, inspected and did some sealing and minor upkeep, and found that some shingles needed replacement. They came back and took care of that in a second trip. The roof looked great afterward, and surely contributed to the good inspection results : the next month we got the house sold. They were very professional and nice

I would have used him, but I had unexpected expensives, so I could not get the work done.

Dead valley was repaired on the first visit and appears to be the best fix to date (area has been repaired numerous times by the builder and has leaked every year or two after each repair). Had to call them out a second time to address the separate area of flashing repair and the ridge vent work that was not performed on the original visit. My concern, long term, is this a more permanent repair or will this leak in a one to two year time frame (warranty is only for one year). Will be replacing the roof in the next four to five years, hoping this repair will be a more lasting one.

The price was reasonable. They were very punctual. They explained the situation to us and actually took my husband up to show him where the issue was. They explained how it had occurred and also gave us a heads up that it could happen in other areas based on the construction they saw with our roof.

We had a leak that turned out to be a big problem in the roof due to some "handiwork" of the previous owners. David Lundberg was fast to respond, checked the roof and gave us affordable options. The work was performed on schedule and on budget. I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs!

David had his wonderful crew take off our old roof and prep it for a new one. His crew found no damage which was wonderful for us and them. They left and came back on another day and placed the new architectural roof on. David's crew was friendly and professional! I would definitely use them again!

They were very thorough. The guy that came over was very thorough and very nice.

They were great about working with our crazy schedule. The estimator was very professional, checked inside and outside our home to see where the repair was needed, and explained everything to us. They came to do the repair quickly and got everything done on time. Would definitely call them again

The inspection experience was great. The inspector was not rushed and he did not try to convince me to replace my roof when it did not need it.

They did a good inspection and gave us an estimate for the lifespan of our roof before we will need to replace it.

The service call went very well and I was extremely pleased with the outcome, which resulted in a very positive impression of this company and the honesty and ethics under which they operate. I had fully expected to be informed that I needed a roof replacement, since this is a roofing company. Instead, I was provided with detailed photos with descriptions as to what had been observed and a assessment that barring severe weather, I may still have 2-4 years life left in the roof. I was also provided with information as to what areas had been sealed and where ventilators had been secured that had come loose over the years. I am very pleased that I don't have to replace the roof right away and can budget for this major expense, but I am even more pleased as to how the maintenance/inspection took place and the information provided to me after the inspection. I had taken advantage of a "special" on Angie's list and this visit was very worthwhile. Above all, I was very impressed with their honesty and not attempting to immediately sell me a new roof! I was provided with a detailed estimate of roof replacement, at my request, so that I could budget appropriately and appreciate the fact that time was spent by Lundberg staff in preparing an estimate when they knew I wouldn't be taking action right away.

He saw some minor flaws that we could choose to fix or not but they didn't have to be fixed. He even cleaned our back gutter and came back to follow through. It was really terrific and he seems really honest.

It went great and it was a good experience. Overall I liked the service that they provided and I probably will choose them later when I redo my roof. I would recommend them to other people and my friends if they ask for a good roofing company.

Mr. Lundberg stopped by to give me a quote for a leaky roof in the garage. He showed up promptly, introduced himself, and went off to look into the problem. About 15 minutes later the door bell rings, and he is there holding a rotten piece of wood riddled with nails. He said "you are all set!". Surprised, I asked him what I owed - to which he responded "nothing - tell your friends about us.". What had happened was he found that someone nailed a 2x4 into my roof to prop a ladder on - and left it there! Water was pooling and dripping through the holes. He promptly removed the problem and sealed the holes. All for free. More businesses should take a tip from Mr. Lundberg - knowing that the long term business he will receive from this gesture - will pay above and beyond what a "service call" fee would pay. I highly recommend David Lundberg - if not only for his customer service and reliability. I will be calling him in the future for roofing needs. Thanks so much!

They provided pictures and a check list of everything they did. If I needed a roofer these are the guys I would go to! I had a sense of peace using this company and comfort.

They did exactly what they said they would do, and explained everything well. The tech also gave us good insight into the overall condition of our roof and what we might have to do in the near future in terms of repairs. My only knock was that he forgot my file at the office, but he emailed me the detailed receipt, so it was fine.

Their estimate was slightly more expensive but all the estimates (5) were all very close. Selected a different roofer for the job but the only deciding factor was a referral from a coworker.

I received immediate service on a Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased at how quickly my problem was corrected. No problems at all with service or price. I will use them again in the future if the need should unfortunately arise.

David Lundberg did a thorough roof inspection, minor spring maintenance to clear the roof and gutter of debris, and photo documentation. He completed required insurance forms and emailed the supporting photos to me within 2 days. My roof is nearing the end of its viable lifespan in the next 5 years or so, so I was glad that David also gave me a detailed quote on a roof replacement if Lundberg Building & Roofing had the job. My insurer was completely satisfied by the submitted documentation, and dealing with David was a pleasant, efficient experience. I will definitely contact this company when I'm ready to make a choice of roofing contractor in the future.

Great job - kept everything clean and finished within a couple days. Very impressed.

As this was in response to an Angie's "Big Deal", I expected a hard "up sell". I received only a couple on minor non-emergency suggestions to improve my roof's condition. I would use him again and consider him for major work.
