Description of Work: Estimate on a roof. I asked for 2 estimates and only received one. He also quoted $7,000 more than other estimates and that is with us tearing the old roof off while the other company will do all of it. Seemed like he didn't want our business.

Description of Work: They replaced cracked and broken concrete roof tiles. My roof tile has been discontinued. They were able to find an extremely close match.

Description of Work: They gave me a price to repair my roof, and not replace it. I thought they were professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I didn't want to spend money on a repair when the entire roof would probably have to be replaced in a few more years.

Description of Work: Complete re-roof of my townhome. |Although everything did not go perfectly, David and Cam were excellent in making sure everything was made right without cost or inconvenience to me. | |That's why I maintain the high review. Even though a few things didn't go as planned, they did everything in their power to make it right, including coming in on the weekends and even adjusting the price.

Description of Work: Replaced a Rotting wooden chimney enclosure with hardie board, built a water diverting "cricket" against the chimney, replaced flashing nd shingles.

Description of Work: David Lundberg came out and looked over our roof and gave us a written estimate for the needed reroofing work along with prices for plywood deck panel replacement should it be found to be necessary. Work began in a few days and his company crews worked in sn efficient and organized manner, completing the job and clean up in only 3 days. The price estimate was met. Customer service was exceptional and we are very satisfied with the work performed. We would highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: I have been in my 13 year old home 9 years and noticed I had a few shingles missing. I wanted the shingles to be replaced plus the entire roof checked for leaks, etc...and a recommendation for how soon the roof needed to be replaced. I also wanted to establish a relationship w/a roofer in the event of a future hurricane when I might have roof damage. The transaction was handled promptly and professionally and, happily, I was not frightened into doing unnecessary work. This was a great experience and when I have roofing needs in the future, these are the folks I'll be calling!

Description of Work: After weathering the 3 hurricanes in 2004, it was time to replace the entire roof. the home was built in 1995 and was sized at approx 50 squares. David came out and had an estimate prepared on the spot. Work was scheduled at a mutually convenient time. the crew of 3 people were thorough and cleaned up each evening. The finished job was exactly on schedule and invoiced as estimated. We would enthusiastically recommend Lundberg Roofing to anyone.
