I had a lifting driveway due to a tree and need to get part of my driveway removed/replaced. A+ service throughout the entire process. - Arrived at scheduled time for estimate. - Explained in detail what would be done, and was extremely knowledgeable. - Provided a time estimate, and the workers showed up on time and were extremely friendly. - The driveway was done perfectly, and it's been close to 3 months now, and is still perfect. If I need any further concrete work, I will be using them, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Representative contacted me within minutes of my request for a bid. Conversation was direct, to the point, very informative and friendly. Lou is very knowledgeable about concrete, its performance characteristics, and cost of services available from his company.

I am thoroughly impressed with this organization. Everyone involved with the removal and replacement of my driveway were incredibly professional. They were responsive, on time, respectful, and provided an incredible product using the best materials. Their attention to detail is second to none.

They gave a detailed report on what was to be done & how long each task would take before signing the contract. Were prompt to come to our house when they said they would be there both for the contract & the work. We were treated with much respect & professionalism. Both Lou & Bob were great & explained everything to us & always answered any of our questions to our satisfactions. Work was done very well & the contractor was overseeing his workers on the job every day. Cleaned everything up to our satisfaction. They did a great job & we are very pleased.

Excellent. Lou and his brother Tony are two amazing guys. Lou came out to the house measured and gave me the estimate. He explained what they can do, how they do it and price. Everything Lou said him and the company we're going to do was spot on. Tony came out to do the work. He was friendly, and did an amazing job. This company is honest and 100% reliable. Every time I messaged them for anything they responded right away. If any one in the area needs any concrete work done, I recommend this company. Great guys!!

From beginning to end, Lou answered my many questions. He was professional, kind, courteous and very patient in answering my questions. Upon an in person estimate suggestions were made which we welcomed. His brother Tony and crew arrived on time and there again a suggestion was made for our walkway which we agreed to as the design made sense for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Lou and Tony's father as well. This is definitely a family oriented business and as a customer felt that we were treated as one of the family. We are extremely happy with the new sections of our driveway, walkway and the concrete pad for our shed. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire again nor should anyone else.

Work went very well, crew was punctual and very polite. The only thing I would change or do differently now that I know, I would be sure the soil put down on top of footers is better or cleaner. Too much debris in soil.

The cost to replace the driveway was a lot more than I anticipated, but all estimates came in very close. It is a very large driveway @ 1500 SF. Concrete solutions was the most professional sounding of my 4 estimates. Timing was exactly as promised. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly as they could be. There is no puddling at all on the very large driveway. Looks great!

I had Concrete Solutions come out and did an estimate and got on the schedule. I was so impressed with everyone on the crew and the work they did. Everyone on their crew was very friendly and professional. My sidewalk looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm so glad I went with Concrete Solutions. A++++

I called and spoke to Anthony. I requested a quote. He said they really didn't give free estimates. I explained I needed an idea of a price. We discussed the size of the drive way and he gave me an estimate of $3750-$4,000 to remove old, haul away and pour new drive way. There is a small amount of asphalt to haul away, not much at all. I called him back to schedule date to start. His Brother answered and was extremely rude. Asked me same questions Anthony asked. Would not allow me to finish a sentence. Told me that the drive way is in the City of DeBary and would require a permit that would be an additional $500 minimum. I asked if I could pull the permit and he said, "If you pull the permit you are responsible for any and all damages if any of my employee's are injured or damage anything." I said, "so you do not want to do the drive way? He said, "Not for that price" This was the price his brother quoted. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't waste your time. We were willing to pay by money order upon completion.

Concrete solutions was very professional and responsive with our project. I am an absentee owner so it was very important for me to choose someone who would be reliable and do a quality job without constant supervision. They really delivered. Anthony went the extra mile in helping me get the information needed for the permit. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a concrete driveway.

I wish I could rate them an A+, they were more than fair with their estimate, on time to perform the work, it was done beautifully and so quickly! I would use them again without hesitation, Lou is the best!

Driveway replacement went well but decorative sidewalk and another part of driveway were damaged.

Excellent service, workmanship, and communication from this family-run company. Dad and two sons clearly take pride in what they do. I had previously been told by another contractor that I needed to get a permit (yes, that "I" needed, not he--a liability for me!) which would have added significantly to the cost because I would have had to also buy a survey first. Concrete Solutions called the city on speaker phone with me present and determined that a permit was NOT needed because we were not changing the scope of the driveway, simply replacing what was already there. I am so glad I went with these guys---the work was done beautifully and in a timely fashion for a fair price.

They removed all the roots and poured the new slab. Overall it was a very positive experience. They kept the site reasonable clean and were prompt and communicated well. The only negative was that the job took longer than they originally promised. The job took 5 days, not the 3 days that originally was discussed. We could drive on it on the 6th day.

I filled out the online form on their web site. They called back while I was on the phone. No VM was left. I texted them the next day about 'you called but did not leave a VM. Would like an estimate on repair of my pathway in Debary'. Response: 'Our minimum is $2500'. Wow, what customer service.

Lou made wonderful suggestions about what to replace, what to leave, and worked with me on developing a plan that I could accomplish in stages to meet my budget. His company was professional, punctual, kept in touch throughout the whole process; best customer service I've seen in a long time. We'll be working on Phase 2 next year!

Lou, the owner was consistently pleasant and provided important information. Work done as per schedule. Good outcome.

This process was to take 3 days. They called regularly to keep me updated on the start date and called each night to give update on the project and asked my opinion. I asked to have additional work done and they put it into their schedule and gave me a very good price for the additional work. Hurricane Matthew arrived when the work was 3/4 done. They returned and cleaned up the debris and finished the job so professionally. They are very adaptable, communicative and top rated. I wish they did other work that I could hire them for. AAA rating from me. Lou, Tony and their team are awesome. Hire them!!!

Talking to this guy on the phone was such an unprofessional experience. Because I am on a busy street he wanted nothing to do with it; last time we talked (which I had forgotten until he got rude again) he stated he would have to spend hundreds of dollars on 'Bob's Barriers" (not true). I already have the permit!! He was so rude. He reminded me that he had "hundreds" of email requests and was not interested and before I could say another word hung up on me. According to him he has enough work so don't bother calling him. Very very rude!!! I now have 3 other professionals who have no problem quoting this job and who were very polite.
