Lou is very knowledgable and gave us excellent advice. He actually gave us alternative idea's to concrete, it is an honest man who deals in concrete, yet advises you to use decking and gravel as your solution. We are very grateful to have met Lou.

From start to finish, Concrete Solutions performed flawlessly. Lou came out to look over and bid the project which was to install a parking pad (18'x19') on the side of the house at the end of our driveway . He was thorough, had some great recommendations, and provided a bid on the spot along with a time period for the job to be done. We agreed with the job content, price and start date about two weeks later. Lou called the day before the job and confirmed that his crew would be arriving the next morning around 0800. Tony, his dad, and Javier showed up right on time and proceeded to take out the sod and form up the pad. While taking up the sod, my wife asked if they could save it so we could put it around the yard in small patches. They not only cut and removed the sod in nice pieces, but also installed it where my wife told them to place it around the yard. That was amazing. Tony also resolved a concern we had about drainage in the middle of the parking area. After prepping the site, they called and scheduled the county inspector for the next day. The inspector took one look at the job and approved it immediately. The next day the crew arrived right on time and poured the concrete pad completing the job before noon. These guys are pro's. We are absolutely thrilled. We found Concrete Solutions by searching Angie's List and they were the top rated. We now know why. If you need concrete work done, Concrete Solutions is the best! Lou was very responsive and understood our needs. It just so happened that a neighbor also needed their driveway widened. Both of us were very happy with the end results. Lou and his team answered all our questions thoroughly, were great with communication and were able to complete the project in 1 day. Great job!! I have referred them to other neighbors as well.

Everything went well. We were pleased with the crew who were very easy to deal with.

These guys were exceptional to work with. Lou came out to the house no less than 4 times to meet with and discuss the project as I worked through some issues trying to find a block guy to build a small wall around the large patio. At no time did he complain or give the slightest indication that he was put out by this (I live out in Christmas) and in fact made several attempts to help me find someone. I have gotten bids from many contractors over the years to make various improvements to the property, including concrete contractors and most of them get their noses out of joint if they have to come out more than once to discuss a project. Lou was always very prompt in returning calls and responding to emails. Tony and the guys that came out to do the work were also exceptionally pleasant to work with. First time I have ever worked with a contractor that I can confidentially say exhibited a "whatever the customer wants" attitude and did so cheerfully. They went to great pains to make sure they didn't destroy my bermuda lawn, made sure the cement tracks did not wash out their shoots in my driveway or my lawn, cleaned their own pumping equipment on plastic sheets and hauled them away. When it came to cutting the control joints they didn't skimp or sigh or whine, they were willing to put in as many as I wanted, including one that spanned the entire 32 feet of the front patio. Can't say the same about the last two concrete contractors that did work for me. Not that their work was bad, but Concrete Solutions was so superior in every way that I can't imagine having anybody else do concrete work for me in the future (i.e. replacing my 2600 sqft driveway). Highly recommended.

It went extremely well. Lou and his team were punctual, they were professional, and they did exactly what they said they would do.

WE loved this company. Lou was quick to respond and give an estimate. Every person we dealt with was professional and courteous. They baby their Angie's List customers! They were booking 2-3 weeks out and called exactly when they promised and provided quality work at a fair price. Good about cleaning up and addressing the little details along the way. The driveway looks great and we would highly recommend/use this company in the future.

It went well. They were excellent. They were really good. He was really nice. He came out and gave us an estimate. He was a very friendly man. It is a family owned business. We talked for about an hour and he's a very nice guy. They did excellent work. The price was what we thought it would be. We knew it would be over $2,000 and they quoted me at $2,000 and it came out to be $2,200. I actually had to go out of town that day and my husband was here to meet them and they were here on time. I called them out in Clermont but I'm actually out in that area the day that I called them but it worked out very well.

The experience with this company was very professional. It started with Lou who discussed the initial costs and logistics of preparing the areas and pouring the concrete. It continued with Miguel and his crew who actually undertook the site preparation and laying of concrete. Overall everyone in the company were very courteous, careful in how they were working and professional in the manner of laying the concrete. The experience is one of excellent customer value from overall cost as well as the actual work performed! Ini addition, I was looking for a company to screen in my pool area and they recommended a commpany that they worked with in the past - Screens by Essing. Although I never heard of the screen company I decided to call them and have them put in my creen enclosure. The final result was something that I am very pleased with. The professionalism of the individuals of Concrete Solutuions carried over to the professionalism of Screens by Essing. Overall a very positive experience! I highly recommend both of them.

I just can't say enough good things! Lou Romano; the owners son, came out for the estimate, and it became clear he is very knowledgeable about concrete. My husband had several contractors come out for estimates but we ultimately decided on Concrete Solutions based on expertise demonstrated during the quote, Angie's List reviews, and price for the job. After we accepted the quote from concrete solutions, the date the work was to be done was scheduled a week later. Lou called the day before to confirm and informed us that his foreman Tony would arrive at 8am with his crew. The next day as scheduled, Tony and his crew arrived on time to do the job. Tony is absolutely wonderful! He and his crew removed our old walkway, and laid in the new concrete very quickly and efficiently, all the while taking care not to damage plantings or my vintage swan bench. Tony clearly has a great deal of experience and was very particular about making the walkway look perfect. It was very hot and humid, and it was impressive how hard Tony and his crew worked despite the weather. A few days later, we met Miguel Romano; the owner, who came to remove the forms and inspect the work. Miguel was a very pleasant and we spoke for some time about the walkway until he was satisfied that we were happy with the work. Our walkway looks great, thank you Concrete Solutions!

A service truck for a local tree company drove over and cracked up my front circular concrete driveway and it had to be replaced. I found Concrete Solutions on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. Lou was very responsive and maintained good communications with me by phone and text during all phases of the project. He also helped guide me through the city and county permitting process. I was able to be home to monitor the work, and the crew was very cordial in accommodating my penchant for detail. When I requested some small changes mid-project they did so without complaint. A very good experience overall... highly recommended.

Family owned and operated, Concrete Solutions offers a no nonsense approach to the work they perform and I would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again. Lou is very knowledgable about their products and procedures, pleasant, easy to work with and talk to, reasonable and very responsive to phone calls and e-mails. The crew consists of his Lou's father and a crew, all of whom were very polite, diligent, knowlegable workers. You can tell they take pride in their work and are very detail oriented. They showed up exactly on the date they promised, on time every day and completed the job in exactly the time frame they quoted, for exactly the price they quoted. As a homeowner, I didn't feel like I was paying for fancy advertising or salesman commissions, but I do feel my hard earned money went towards a well done, top quality job, which greatly increased the value and appearance of my home. We were considering pavers, but after speaking with and dealing with Lou and Concrete Solutions, I know we made the right choice with both the company and the product.

They were really great. They did a great job with a very reasonable price. They were very professional. They knew a whole lot about concrete. They use the better concrete mixture. They cleaned up really well. They were friendly enough and very personable. I will definitely use them again. They are very helpful. They are a good company.

All work was performed as agreed upon. The quality of the work is excellent. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. All work was completed in 4 days. They started on a Monday and we parked our cars back in the driveway on Sunday after waiting 3 days for the driveway to cure. This is a family run business. Father and two brothers and all three were actively involved. Communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome.

We called for an estimate and Lou came out and reviewed the project. The estimate was in line with our expectations. Lou clearly outlined the process for resurfacing our patio. The installation was scheduled. When the installer came out to assess the patio, he indicated that the patio surfaces were new and part of the process would not be necessary. Three people arrived. 1 person taped the cage while the materials were brought to the back yard. The knockdown material was sprayed on, smoothed, and left to dry through lunch. Then the surface was painted, dried and repainted. The surface looks magnificent.

We needed to widen our driveway to provide a parking spot for our RV. Concrete Solutions came in with a no pressure quote and a very fair price. They were slightly more than another quote we received but the impression we got from them was so much more favorable... The day of the framing they worked so quickly and with such provision that I was impressed. The day they came out for the pour I was even more impressed with the equipment and skill shown by the crew. The work was completed much more quickly than I would have believed possible. The work was so neat and clean I could not believe it! Any time I need concrete work done this is the ONLY company I will call!

First rate company. They showed up on time (even early), performed the services beyond well and more quickly than estimated. Lou was honest, fun and instructive when we met to obtain the estimate. He even remembered to honor the 5% Angie's List discount even we though we had forgotten, The crew let our backyard in great condition. If people do not use this company it is their loss. They were very professional but were too busy to do the work. They recommended someone else to me that did the work and did an excellent job.

They did not do an outstanding job because caused another drainage issue, but it was not as bad as the previous one. I told them about it and they said they will charge me extra for it and I told them that I will live with the problem. Overall, they did a good job. However, I mainly wanted the drainage problem solved. Their price was average.

They came right on time on Monday morning (perhaps a few minutes early) and their crew went right to work excavating and framing the area to be poured. They worked quickly and efficiently. When the building inspector came the next day he looked over their work and commented on how well the job had been done. I called to let them know we had passed inspection and they arrived the very next morning to pour the concrete. The pour was perfect in every way. After a couple of days drying they returned to cut the expansion joints and we didn't even see them do it! Their work was flawless and neighbors have commented on how well the project turned out. If only the rest of the driveway looked as nice as the new portion...

They always communicated. They were always here when they said they would be. They were wonderful. They explained all of the concrete and the breakdown of every penny. When they finished the job, they cleaned up everything. You would never know a contractor was here. It was phenomenal. I would certainly use them again. They did a great job.

They did everything we wanted, and they did it right away. They were fast and it was good. Our overall experience was really good. We would use them again if we need something done.

I had some steps poured and a concrete slab and sidewalk poured. Everything about the communication and the professionalism of this company was "spot on"! Enjoyed working with them. I do have a slight problem with the execution, however. The job performed, was okay, but my slab is sloped and not square. In my case, the not perfectly square was not an issue, but the sloping has required me to level the items placed on the slab. I would recommend having the general contractor double check the measurements and prep of his employees before the pouring begins. I would give them a B overall, and would use them again with some closer supervision of the workers.

The company sent 3 guys who were punctual, polite, and quiet and set to work immediately. They came back the next day to address a concern and resolved it right away. The pour went without any problems. The patio and the finish look great!
