The experience was great!

We needed a building permit for the part of the driveway that connected to the street. They could not pull the permit, as a sub-contractor, but they provided me with all of the information I needed to pull the permit myself. They arrived on schedule to start the job and finished as promised for the original estimated amount. They were very knowledgeable and we are very pleased with the result.

I liked them because they did good work. I reported a problem with the run-off. They fixed one side of the run-off and closed the run-off on the other side. Their solution to the problem was that I pay $400 more to get it fixed and I did not do that. They caused one problem to fix the other. Their price was the same as the other service providers.

We were in a hurry to have it completed before my sons' graduation, and they completed the job as promised. They were on time, cleaned up working area , and even left me additional paint for touch ups.

Quickly returned my initial call for an estimate. Lou was prompt and professional on his visit to see my project and give me a quote. He was very easy to talk with and wanted to answer any questions or concerns. Had good comments and options but never pushy. Pricing was reasonable compared to other estimates from competitors. They were able to start my project within a few days. The father headed up the crew. He and the crew were prompt, friendly and professional every day. They quickly setup and completed the project. This is a family business and you could tell everyone took pride in their work and wanted to do a good job for the customer. In my opinion alot of contractors should get back to this business model. Great Job!

Lou came out the same day I called and appraised the project. It is an unconventional project, and required some creative problem solving. The bid was competitive and fair, and he said they had an opening that week if I was ready. Miguel, his father, oversaw the project. They arrived early and got right to work. The preparation for the project was extensive and they did a great job, even though it ended up being more extensive than they originally thought it would be. Their attention to the details, such as properly sloping it and structurally supporting it, were impressive. The crew put in two long, hard days and were done. They cleaned up well(concrete work is very messy by nature)and put everything back as they found it. Although it ended up being slightly more than they had originally quoted, it was a great product for a great price, and I am thrilled.

The work performed was first class. On time, very professional and great quality. Wouldn't hesitate to hire for additional work.
