Jenny's crew has been cleaning my house for years. First a house and now a townhouse. They consistently do an excellent job. At times, Jenny herself turns up as part of a crew, which gives her an excellent insight into what her people are encountering. I've been very happy with her services.

I paid 135.00, they would not clean bathrooms, they would not make the beds, they did mop the floor exceptin the 2 bathrooms

Very unprofessional and clumsy service. Do not use if you own anything of value to you. I have been using this service since July 2018 on a weekly basis. They have broken various items in my house such as small statues, salt shakers from a vacation (so not replaceable), among other items I overlooked. Everything they move, they put back somewhere else not even close to the original location. They are supposed to call ahead as I have a dog to put away, yet have twice just showed up without calling first. Scheduling communication has also been difficult as every fourth week they cleaning additional rooms, but did not provide a schedule ahead of time. I have had to ask them every time what rooms they are doing. Various times, they have left cleaning unfinished as if they were asked to leave suddenly. They also have a habit of removing knobs to clean them, and then putting them back on incorrectly. For example, they removed the control knobs to my stovetop burners and put them back on backwards. This obviously created a safety hazard. They also removed the knobs to my upstairs tub and placed them back on incorrectly, which directly resulted in damage to my dining room ceiling and an antique server on the first floor. When approached them about the damage, they did not accept responsibility. Instead they initiated an investigation through their insurance company to try and put the blame on me. Also because of the “pending investigation,” they dropped us from their schedule, so now because of their errors, I am being punished and have to find a new company to clean my house. I can’t say that is a loss though. I will be finding a company that does not do the bare minimum at best, and is honest about their mistakes.

The ladies were punctual, efficient, and polite. They did an exceptional job! There was some initial confusion about special items i had requested that were not planned for by the crew but one call to the office straightened it out and these items will be addressed on the next visit. I plan to use Cleaning by Jenny monthly to keep my house looking as wonderful as it does now.

The house was so clean when I got home...it was wonderful. Even the baseboards look brand new! The scheduling was quick, easy and so smooth.

I have used Cleaning by Jenny for close to two years now and I am always pleased with how my home looks when they're done. I have a 2,400 sq ft home (and two large, shedding dogs) so it's a lot to take on but Amber, my regular team leader, is punctual, diligent, and makes sure her team always does their best work. The people I've dealt with in their offices are equally as nice and very accommodating when I have special requests. Overall, I can recommend Cleaning by Jenny with complete confidence,

They were very professional and very thorough--would recommend them. Hired them to clean my parents condo on a regular basis. Use to have a cleaning lady but she suffered a stroke. She was less expensive, but I had to find someone that did as good of a job as she did. They delivered!

Asked for a very large add on fee for vacuuming furniture. Not reasonable for people with cats.

I have been using their wonderful service for at least two years. And without a doubt, they have mastered the art of cleaning. The ladies always arrive on time, with all of their cleaning products ready to work. Since I have four dogs, I ask the ladies to focus on mopping, vacuuming, cleaning the windows, dusting, and bathrooms. I am well pleased with Cleaning by Jenny services. eVet

OK the first person did a so so job but another person was sent over to complete the work.

This year I treated myself and I am so glad I did. The team of 4 came and did all the work in 3 hours. My windows and blinds are spotless and I couldn’t be more happy. The team was personable and professional, they were the best! I will do this again in 6 months!!
