We signed the agreement September 15, 2018 and paid the required deposit of 33%. According to the "Process Timelines" provided to us by ACS, ACS would apply for permit approvals at weeks 6 to 11, the preconstruction meeting was to be at weeks 9 to 14 and the project would start at weeks 10 - 15. Then the project would be completed in 10 weeks. After many calls to ACS to see when our project would start, we finally had a preconstruction meeting on April 25, 2018, 32 weeks after the agreement was signed. Demolition of the bathroom began soon thereafter and we paid the second installment of another 33% as required by the agreement. The walls and flooring were completed and a toilet was installed. As of today (6/26/19) no other work has been done. We placed several calls to the president of the company. Most were unreturned. When we did actually get through to him, he said he would find out what was causing the delay and call us back. He did not. Yesterday (6/25/19), I finally reached a lady who worked at the company. She promised find out what was going on and call us back. She actually did what she promised. We learned that no permits for the bath or kitchen had been filed. We also learned that the tub and vanity we had chosen had never been ordered. We told her we would gladly pay for the work that had been done, but we wanted the remainder of our money returned so we can hire someone else. She said she would pass our request to the owner of the company. As of today, we have not heard from him. This company has over $30,000 of our money and has not done anything they promised. This project has become a nightmare. It should have been finished three - four months ago. I just hope we can get resolution soon.

Awful!! Signed a contract in October and provided $10,000 check as downpayment. Visited design center and did my part - select tile, vanity, mirrors, etc. (had to pick out and purchase my own lighting fixtures). By the company's estimate this was to be a 10-12 week project from beginning to end. Heard nothing from anyone finally contacted them on January 18th. Pre-construction meeting on January 23rd then nothing! February 19th contacted the owner. He committed to begin work on March 1st. Assured me project would be completed on April 12th. They did demo work on March 1st and from that day until April 29th I was without a bathroom. The project was finally completed on May 3rd. The workmen were great and did a great job but the management of this company is atrocious. I strongly suspect they used my money for other projects so I had to wait. An absolutely awful experience - these folks should not be recommended for anything! You need to remove them from your list.
