We had a couple of issues with the the job, but they were quick to get the issues fixed. They handled the issues so well that I am pleased that we used this service provider.

They even provided extra service beyond the quoted job by fixing a screen door that was sticking, They worked efficiently and cleaned up the site after the job was completed. First of all, we contacted 3 providers, and A Screen Repair was the only one willing to visit us in person and provide a written quote. They were professional and courteous, and the entire experience from the first phone call to writing the check went smoothly. Bob arrived promptly, worked steadily and efficiently, and cleaned up all the trash. We were surprised to have new screen door hardware (a closer, handle and bug sweep) installed as part of the job. I think ours was considered a small job, and we feel grateful for companies like this one not only interested in the small job, but treating us as if we were a very important customer. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs screen replacement.

Provider was faxed for an estimate of replacing 4-5 panels of pool screen. Provider was given the dimensions but refused to provide estimate stating they had to come to the premises. Provider was evasive, rude and unhelpful. Would never use this provider for anything.

Provider first requested to repair two panels instead of one, then found an excuse not to do such a small job at all

From the initial estimate I had such a wonderful experience. The gentleman was knowledgable helping assist me in determine the best choices for our space. I felt very confident to move forward and really liked that they have been in business for so long I believe 25+ yrs and BBB rated. I schedule the screen install, they called the day before to confirm the time. They showed up on time ready to work and completed the job pretty quickly and it turned out great. I would recommend them for any screen needs.

Workman arrived on time and repaired the door, as requested, and adjusted a strut in the overall pool cage. In addition we discussed alternative approaches for future screen repairs to the entire pool cage.

Our pool enclosure is starting to show its age, and a couple of panels had holes in them. I didn't know if all of the panels in the enclosure needed to be replaced, or just the ones that had damage. When they came out to give an estimate I felt they were thorough and gave an honest opinion of what needed to be replaced, and what did not. The estimate was documented well, and everything that was needed to be done was listed out. When the installers arrived (right on time) they went right to work and replaced all of the panels, and did not damage any of the plants around the enclosure. They also repaired one of the gutters, and end cap to one of the support beams that was not on the estimate. They cleaned up all of the excess screen pieces, and removed all of the panels they took out. It was a very neat job.

They were in my home for about an hour and a half, they were very nice and helpful, and they worked hard. They were quick, and even directed me to print a coupon online so I could save a few more dollars. They really did a great job.

The company was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I did not meet the installer personally. He came out for an estimate and left a nice folder with estimate and a copy of the business licence at the pre-discussed location. After scheduling the appointment to complete the work he called the morning of to let me know that he would be there at a specific time. I was not home for the install but everything was done professionally and to my sanctification. I would recommend this company and would use them again in the future if needed.

They were fabulous. They were timely, professional and friendly. There was a minor problem with my coupon but the owner took charge and resolved the problem very promptly. I was very impressed by their work and the way they handled the problem. I highly recommend them.

The estimator and the installers were both prompt and professional. I was especially impressed when I saw the installers cleaning up afterwards. Some debris fell into the pool and they fished it out. A pressure wash of the enclosure was done a few days ahead of time. They sub the work out and the guy did a great job, too. The estimate was provided along with the company's certificate of liability as well as the sub's certificate.

Dangling over the pool replacing screens will never be on my bucket list! Due to some over-achieving tree rats, (squirrels for you animal lovers) we found ourselves with some damaged screens. Rich from A-Screen Repair came out and quickly replaced all of the damage. Fast, courteous and quality work was the result. We would definitely have A-Screen back on the job.

I initially wanted them to install "pet screen", since my cats were poking holes in the lower panels. Estimator explained that the problem was likely due to the age of the screens, and I didn't need to pay the extra $200+ for pet screen. Workers arrived on time, and performed the work quickly and professionally. The workers reviewed the work order and identified a panel that the estimator thought was damaged, but wasn't. They discounted the price since the work didn't need to be done. Two weeks later, the screen is holding up just fine, and my cats are confined to the back porch. Highly recommended.

Very good, profession. He had to re-build part of the metal structure for the screen door. Very Satified. Would call again.

They were on time and friendly. Service took about 2 hours, which was what i expected. The price was a bit high, but it looks like good quality.

Excellent experience from estimate to completion of work. Estimate was lowest received. All work started on the days and times agreed to. Workers were courteous and worked non-stop. Pressure washing was the best I've ever had done. All work areas at completion were left cleaner than before work started. I found one very small piece of screen clipping after they left; AMAZING considering they replaced all the screen panels and had to cut and trim each one. Price included 10% discount as offered on their website.

Mike is a very responsive person. In February, we called him for an estimate. We would like to close the screen. Mike arrived as promised, measured my porch, and gave us a quote on the price. The whole estimate was done in 30 minutes, with a written estimate and warranty information (2-year warranty). Since we are also painting our house, he gave us some suggestions on timing as well as color of the screen. (As he suggested, we would like to use white colored screen, but our HOA disapproved it). In early April, after the house painting, Mike's two employees came to our house, worked a straight 4 hours without break, and build the screen in my back porch. The whole process is hassle free, and the price is so reasonable comparing with my neighbors' screen (we budgeted $1000 on the screen based on conversations with our neighbors).
