See prior- for rating I did not recieve service so wasn't sure how to rate. Thought I'd share on responsiveness.

Everything with the project went extremely well, on schedule and within the estimated cost. All the staff were excellent. The person that did the estimate was very thorough and answered all my questions in a professional, informative manner. The two installers were very good and did an outstanding job on the project. They took their time to do it right. I would highly recommend this company.

A Screen Repair is my go-to company for screening. I am always happy with their work. I had them repair and re-screen all of the window screens for my house. I brought the screens into their Oviedo office and picked up the finished screens there too. They did the work in three days and all is well! I highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment for service on Friday, 30 Oct 15, between 11:00am and 1:00pm. The called at 12:30 to say that they would be late due to an earlier job. They called again at 3:30 to say they wouldn't have time to do the job at all that day but could reschedule for the following Wednesday. I explained that no one would be home on Wednesday. They wanted to do the job on Wednesday and have me pay over the phone. As this is a repair of 3 sections of screen, I wanted someone to be there to make sure they repaired the correct sections. They asked if I couldn't just mark the sections with duct tape, which I agreed I could. But I wanted to be able to see the work before I paid for it, and this they refused. Even though I would pay the same day after I got home from work and looked at the work, they would not accept that. I got an explanation that if I purchased something at the store or online I have to pay for it immediately. I replied that in a store I have seen the thing before I've paid and if I don't like something I've purchased online I can return it for a refund - neither of these things is true with screen repair. The next appointment they had on a day of the week when someone would be home (3 days a week) was 2 1/2 weeks later. I've decided to find another repair company that would show up as planned and allow inspection of the work prior to payment.

I needed some screens repaired due to rip and torn screens on my linai. My sister-in-law recommended them to me and it was great they were on Angie's list as well and was able to use a 10% discount. They were professional and did the job quickly. I would use them again when I need them.

They actually showed up a little bit early and came ready to work. They started right away and did good solid work straight though until it was completed. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were accurate on their estimate and there were no surprises or attempts to over sell for other panels. Their office called to confirm the appointment time 2 days prior to the scheduled work. Everything was done in a very businesslike manner. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their screens or screen enclosure repaired.

Left message didnt get a call back. Called in and got very generic answers, didnt really care if they got the business or not because they were so busy. Great to be in the business right now!

Average work performed . They had hard time cleaning and left lots of derbies inside the pool . Even after I pointed them they didn't try to clean .

Rich, the estimator, was professional and gregarious. His estimate was 17% higher than the company I went with and his estimate did not include the extras the other company included. I was impressed with the folder he provided with the estimate. Other companies did not provide this up-front documentation. A Screen Repair's folder had their BBB Accredited Business document, Angie's List 2013 Super Service Award certificate, a (1-1/2 year old) testimonial, eight things to expect from professionals, a consumer warning about doctored insurance certificates, their current Certificate of Liability Insurance and current Worker's Compensation Insurance certificate.

I was getting bugs and a lot of very small debris in my enclosed pool area after storms and on windy days. I could see a couple of gaps where stuff was getting in. Also a space had developed under the door. Bugs and small lizards were getting in. I was prepared to pay for a new bug sweep and at least a couple of new screen panels, but upon inspection, Matt said it wasn't necessary. He tightened the edges of the screen panels back into the grooves and tightened up the sagging hurricane cables. Also adjusted the existing bug-sweep so that it's flush with the floor, instead of replacing it. I paid a total of $62 for a service call, after a 10% discount which he applied without me asking. I would not have questioned if they had replaced a few panels and charged me $200. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend!

Outstanding experience from the beginning phone call till they cleaned up and left.

The estimator arrived when he said he would and provided a detailed estimate. Part of the work was a pressure wash and he showed on time and did an excellent job on our 30+ year pool cage. He spent 3 hours here removing the algae, dirt, etc. The service techs started work on time and worked hard. They did a great job on the rescreen which included replacing the hardware and kick plates on the 3 doors as well as designing an aluminum frame under the solar "tubes" so the screen would fit properly. They also replaced the tie downs. They even trimmed some of the branches which were hanging over the cage. They cleaned up after themselves and the end result looks terrific. I was a repeat customer as they did a rescreen for me about 20 years ago and they would come from time to time as bears would break through the screens/doors and go for a swim.

They were very responsive - sent someone out immediately to inspect and measure the area. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. We settled on a day for the job that was about a week after the inspection. They showed up on time on the scheduled date and completed the work and it looks great. The kick-plates are working out better than I hoped (keeps debris from pressing through the bottom of the screen and loose dirt from entering). My situation is uncommon - my pool area is lower than the surrounding yard - so I have had to clear out the area around the screen, install drains and now the kick plates - but finally I have that situation under control and it really looks good.

Dispatcher called me and asked if it would be ok if they showed up early. Very prompt and on time! Explained what they were going to do. Looked over entire enclosure and pointed out a few things that would need seeing to at some point. Confirmed cost of job. They were done in less than an hour. Courteous. Cleaned up after themselves. No Nonsense. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Ben and Ricardo showed up on time, actually slightly early. Ben explained what they were going to do and approximately how long the job would take. As they worked through the day, they always had time to answer any questions that I had. When the job was done, they had replaced all the door hardware, re-anchored any spots where the screws had corroded away, and once again explained what they had done. Their cleanup procedures were top notch. They removed all the old screen, spline (even some that had accidentally fallen into the pool), hardware...and then they walked the area, twice, checking for anything that they may have missed. The thoroughness of this company from scheduling to completion is top notch. Highly recommended.

A screen repair responded to my call immediately. They were at my house to do the work within a couple of days and completed the work in just a few hours. They have been to my house to do work on several occasions and are always professional!

They were fine. They were really good and very thorough.

I was told that the repairman would be at my home between 2 and 5pm on Wed the 24th of September. They arrived at 10 minutes till 2pm but had to wait in truck for 30 minutes for the rain to let up. They repaired the torn screen and replaced the hydraulic door closer that had be accidentally torn off. They worked for about 90 minutes for the price quoted and also gave me advice for future screen replacements, only when needed. They did not try to up sell their visit. Great work.

called to get a free estimate on screening in my porch. they could not come that week, so i made an appointment for a later date. they did not give me a time that day. the day of the appointment came and they didn't. they didn't call either.

Was surprisgly cheap. Did a great job & were right on time.absolutely fabulous !

The technicians were punctual and professional. They also helped and did extra work needed when requested.

They were very prompt, professional and did a good job. We had a tree that needed to be trimmed before we replaced the screens and they were very good about working with scheduling. As it turns out, they were able to come a week ahead of schedule, as they had a time slot become available. I will definitely use them again!
