Description of Work: On 4/5/2016 I had one-panel re-screened by a young man calling himself James. While he was here , I also asked if he could re-screen the front door because of a noticeable cut, which he did for $10 cash. I also needed a replacement handle for the screen door, which he said his supervisor could order and he would return to install it. On 4/12/2016, I spoke to Christa at the number shown on their invoice and she contacted James and was told the part had been ordered and should be in later that week. She said they will call me when the part is received and set up an appt for installation. Today is May 23,2016, and I have yet to hear from this business. However, that is quite o.k., after reading the alert on the local BBB website.

Description of Work: Complete rescreen of pool cage with new hardware on the doors. They were also to add missing screws where needed and make sure cage was still firmly attached to slab. This was not done until I noticed work was needed and had to request it be taken care of at the end of the job before they left. We are very happy with new screen and quality of that work. The crew did a great job cleaning up before leaving!
