Description of Work: I thought I needed my screen door replaced. When they came to give me an estimate, they suggested to replace the hinges, lock and re-screen the top of the door. This saved me over $200. I was very impress with their service.

 + -1 moreI was very satisfied with my experience. I did not have to be home for the estimate or the actual job, which was convenient, and they were not pushy at all. The estimate and actual work was done at the date and time they were supposed to be completed. The re-screen appears to have been done well (I'm very particular) and the work area was left very clean. Other than a few leaves and a footprint, I wouldn't have even known they were at my house.
Description of Work: They replaced all the screens on my entire pool enclosure. They also replaced the hardware (handle, door spring, molding) on the patio door. The enclosure is approximately 20 wide by 30 feet long by 20 feet high. I checked them on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau before even calling for an appointment. Their prices were significantly lower than two other companies I called, though the warranty is a bit shorter (three years vs five years.)

 + -1 moreThey arrived on-time as promised, performed all the repairs and when they left, there was no trace of them having been there. They cleaned up every bit of debris that was one the ground and in the enclosure. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring or recommending them again.
Description of Work: I needed to have my enclosure re-screened. A Screen Repair Inc. gave me what I believed to be an excellent price.

 + -1 moreIt was great. They came in under several estimates. They called me 3 or 4 times to makes sure I still wanted to do work with them. They were patient in waiting on me. They did a very professional job. They called back when it was finished to see if I had any problems with it.
Description of Work: They replaced all of the screen in my pool room and hardware. They tightened all of the bolts on the cage. They put in new door sweeps.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Rich, who came to give us the estimate, was very professional and businesslike. The team of three, who did the actual work, arrived on time and completed the job in a single day. They replaced all the hardware (latches, closer, etc.) at no extra cost. They took away all the debris. My only complaint - a minor one - is the dirty footprints left on the pool deck. We are very pleased with the job they did and our new screen.

 + -1 moreWork was done by two men who were on time in a company truck which carried all their tools, ladders and supplies. They were polite, energetic and knew what they were doing. They collected all the debris and took it with them in their truck. All of the estimated work on the contract was done. The company gives a 2 year warranty on workmanship. I was pleased with the job they did.
Description of Work: Tighten up pool enclosure, replace screws, replace guy wires on enclosure corners. Replace 1/3 of screening. Replace screen on two enclosure doors including new hardware and door sweeps.

 + -1 moreThey were slow in responding to our calls (due to the number of customers that they had after the hurricanes), which was typical for all contractors. However, they gave us a good price, did the service quickly, and even made suggestions on how they could install a doggie door to let the cat and dog out. The installation took only one day, and it looked GREAT afterwards. We were very impressed and will use them for all repairs in the future.
Description of Work: We lost our entire screen during hurricane Charlie. We got a contract from this company to replace all screens. In addition, they installed a doggie door in the screen.
