They were prompt. They were able to come out and do their job pretty quickly. They were pretty professional in what they quoted and done the service pretty well.

Their service was excellent. They were very prompt, friendly and efficient. We would use them if we need them.

We were out of town when they did the work. They confirmed the panels that needed to be replaced and took our credit card information on the phone, replaced the panels and billed our card exactly what they said they’d bill. They showed up when they were supposed to, did what they said they were going to do and billed us what they told us they were going to charge us; there were no games and no hidden fees. They have a really good reputation.

I have been with them for years. I am extremely satisfied with the new doggy door.

I made a call, left a message and was called back in about an hour. The repairman arrived the next day at the time promised, gave an estimate and the next day came out and did the repairs to my satisfaction.

Showed up when promised to provide an on site estimate and provided proof of insurance. We scheduled the repairs two days later and again they showed up on time. The crew was professional and completed all of the work that was expected.

This company A Screen Repair called when they said they would, came out for estimate and work when they said they would - great contractor - how refreshing. We are usually very apprehensive about Contractors because of past experiences, or lack therof... Just to note, before we called A Screen Repair, we had called a big name screen company and they never showed for the estimate, and never returned our calls. But A Screen Repair did and they got the job. And A Screen Repair was great!

They were amazing, professional and it was more like a circus act going from one pole to the other screening everything. It was amazing watching them work and I did not have any problem with their screening work. I was ready to pay a little more to get the best job done. They came up with an extremely creative work with very less time and worked very efficiently. They were knowledgeable and were more like a model of efficiency. They cleaned everything after the job was done. I will highly recommend them and will use them if I needed them in the future.

This company came right on time after I called them. They located the problem on the wheels that slide the doors. They replaced the wheels and now the doors slides smoothly and without any problems whatsoever. I think they are hard working people and I would definitely give them a good recommendation.

Company provided a timely and professional quote by company employees with assurance that work would be done by company employees (not sub contracted). Got quote from another 2nd company-2nd company quote was 60% higher and company rep showed with a sub contractor. Went with A Screen Repair. They showed up on time and completed the work as estimated. Seems to be a very reliable company.

The company is very professional. They give prompt estimates, follow up, and are very pleasant to deal with. They provide a nice folder with estimate containing certificate of liability insurance. They came as scheduled and were very courteous and did not rush through the job. They did a great job, we are very pleased. Their prices are also very fair. It was well worth the money. It is such a pleasure to have a good experience with a contractor. I usually dread having to get work done because of past experiences. I highly recommend this company for a re-screening.
