They did a really good job, had 4 panels replace that was high, 2 chair rail high and 4 near the ground. Called and gave me an estimate over the phone, approved the job and they did a great job. will use them again.

It went very good. Very reliable company and fix pool screens to perfection.

Booked reservation a few days in advance for late afternoon. Due to rain forecast the day of the appointment, they came early in the morning. A heads up call would have been appreciated, but arriving unannounced early is preferable to late or not at all! Quality installation and happy with the results! they left an advertising sign in the front yard without prior discussion or approval, which was not very professional. A better approach would be to offer a discount on present or future work in exchange for displaying the sign for an agreed time period.

The entire job went extremely well, from the initial estimate to the final result. Rich and the crew showed up right on time for scheduled appointments (estimate and work). They were efficient and neat. The enclosure looks like new! I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent company to work with. Set up an agreed upon date. Day before they called to remind us and confirm appointment. The men showed up exactly at the agreed upon time. Two men came to do the work. They did everything I asked and they found one panel that was ripped that I had not noticed on the top. They were very thorough and worked very quickly. They told me the price up front before they started and I agreed to the price. Work was done in a timely manner and all was cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of screen repair.

The panels blew off during a strong storm on a Sunday. On Monday, I called A Screen Repair. As a result of the storm they were booked solid for several days so I set a Friday appointment. On Tuesday they called and said they had an opening on Wednesday and came out and did the repair in less than 2 hours.

They called before they came, arrived early, were professional, courteous and installed a beautiful doggie door for our dog. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the insert to close the door is made out of particle board - should be Plexiglas. Work performed was well done and swift, affordably priced.

I have used A Screen Repair at least 4 or 5 times in the past few years. I called them on Monday (due to the recent storm which caused widespread damage for everyone) just to get put on a list to have them get to me when time permits as I am not in a huge hurry. Once I was able to actually get through after an hour of busy signal, I got their answering service which took my name and number and told me I would get a call back and be put in the queue. Again, I had no problem with this. Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon with no return call, I then tried the number again and got an answering maching message that basically said, "Do not leave a message, we cant handle anymore business". Now I completely understand with the recent storm damage that they are overwhelmed with service calls. However as a multiple repeat customer I expected at least a call back thanking me for the inquiry and offering me an appt much further out. I'm just dissapointed in the way they have handled this situation and I have heard from other neighbors (who I have also recommended A Screen Repair) that they were also unable to get any appointment or anyone to return a call. Just since Monday I have had 3 business cards for screen repair placed in my mailbox and I have seen at least 2 trucks driving my neighborhood offering their services so I know there are still more companies than business. I have held out using others because I dont know their reputation nor do I trust their quality of work. A Screen Repair has always been wonderful to deal with in the past and its just unfortunate that they may be alienating their repeat and loyal customers due to overload of business and service inquiries.

A Screen Repair, Inc. is very good. They're nice, competent and very honest. Their price is reasonable.

As stated above everything was 100% as quoted no surprises or additional costs.

Re-screening of specified areas went flawlessly.

I called their office for an estimate of how much it would cost to replace certain screens on my pool enclosure. After I was given an estimate, we scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time and were very professional. They made quick work of the pool screens and cleaned up all debris as if they were never here. The amount I paid was the estimate I was given. I plan on calling them back in the spring for more screen work.

Excellent! Communication was clear from the start. Estimate was explained well. I was informed in each step of the process from pressure wash to final installation. Workers were careful and efficient. Very pleasant.

They arrived promptly at 9 am, explained what their procedure would be and how long to expect them there and got started. There were 2 gentleman and they were efficient and courteous. They removed all the old screen and spline and replaced new one securely. The total job was finished in about an hour and a half. All the old material was picked up and removed when they left. With the except of no holes remaining in my screens you couldn't even tell they had been there.Great Job Guys!

We received 6 quotes from various companies. From the outset A-Screen was our choice. Rich asked what it was we wanted doing and then gave us advice on various options. This is the nicest young man and it was his professionalism that made us seal the deal with A-Screen. It is refreshing to find someone who is honest and has your best interests at heart. The staff arrived on time and told us how long it would take to complete the job. The job was completed in one day and exactly at the time they had said in the morning. Previous qoutes from other companies had quoted 2 even 3 days to finish the job!! When the job was finished they cleaned up the whole area, leaving nothing behind. You would not have known that a huge lanai had just been re-screened!!! As a member of Angie's list they also made sure that I received my discount advertized on their website, which was truly amazing. Some of the estimatess we had asked for from other Companies had the words "includes discount" written in the margin next to the price. If you want a job well done I would most certainly choose this company - you guys rock!! Thank you we are very,very happy with the job.

Estimate person arrived on time, explained how work would be preformed. Office called me that same date to set time for installation. Installer's Matt and Jay were on time, friendly and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the screened porch and would highly recommend this company
