DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. He came out and set down 2-3 traps. When we thght something had gotten into it he came out but I was nothing and moved the trap from one spot to another instead of just getting a new trap. My husband told him about an hole on the side of the roof and he told him to call Massey the other pest control company we were using to have them seal up the hole, but told me he told my husband to call the landlord. Then when something did getting to the traps he said he had "jury duty" and would be come out tomorrow. Like I really wanted to go a whole day with a freaking dead rat in my kitchen. we called Massey and they out with in a hour. They did a completely better job sealed up entryways set up poison boxes ect. I really want a refund because I paid $200 for him to put a darn trap down.

Chuck Vega responded promply. I called and he came out the same day I spoke with him. He treated all the areas and I told him I was having company on Sunday and really didn't want ants around. He said that it would probably take several treatments to get rid of all the nests and told me if I saw more the next day to call him. I did and he came right out again and sprayed more nests that popped up. Again, he stated that even though it was the weekend, if I had seen even just a couple to call him. Again, he came out Saturday and found another area by following the trail. Each time the trail was in a different room and area. Finally, the last of the critters were taken care of. No ants anywhere when company came. He is so professional, knows exactly what needs to be done to eradicate them once the trail is found. Being ghost ants that is really hard to do, I think. Couldn't ask for a better exterminator. We ended up signing a year contract with him and found it to be more reasonable than when we had another company several years ago. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
