Description of Work: Top Notch checked out one of our A/C ducts that was not putting out much air. Everything checked out OK. They made an adjustment to the air handler by turning up the fan speed. This helped somewhat. Overall, we were pleased with their profession service.

Description of Work: Pan overflowed and wet floor - needed cleaning. He also discovered that the float which regulates the water was not hooked up. Also cleaned the blower fan - (not sure if that was necessary, but he said it would help). And did a routine maintenance. Original call over the phone was $70, but he did other things that brought the price to $200.
