My husband & I purchased a home recently in the Polk county area. We needed a mold inspection & we chose Stone Crest Team to perform the inspection for us. We couldn't have been more pleased. We are happy that we ordered a mold inspection for our 9 month old home since construction took place during hurricane Irma. Our concern was that the "post-Irma" conditions were ideal for mold growth and we did not know what might be "lurking" under the drywall. Max brought his high tech equipment so he could see through our walls and ceilings. He also pulled samples of air from different rooms in our home to be sent to a lab for testing. Thankfully, no mold was found, and StoneCrest found a couple of other things that our builder will need to repair to prevent mold in the future. Worth every penny to get the peace of mind that we have!
