PREMIER PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES INC

He sent me a quote for the cost of the work on 12/14/17. I gave him the go ahead verbally and was told that I had to pay 100% up front before he would start the job. I sent a check for 100% of the cost on 12/15/2017. I started calling and emailing on 1/1/18 to make sure the work was going to get finished. I never got a response until 1/17/18. I informed him that the work has to be done and ready for inspection by 1/22/18. He never started the job nor would he commit to a start date or completion date. HE NEVER DID ANYTHING. I hired another company because Robin would not communicate with me. After the job was completed and the inspection was finished I started calling and emailing requesting a refund. It is now 2/22/18 and I have not received a refund or a return phone call. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how unhappy I am! I am a PA contractor and a real Estate investor in FL. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Let me repeat, He was paid in full two months ago and he has not done anything, and he will not refund my money. I feel like I have been ripped off. DO NOT USE PREMIER PROPERTY MAINTENANCE!

I was being quoted for replacing 2 doors and put in screen doors. He was professional and honest. He came on the same day, of my call and inspected the same. He then advised that, he will email me the quote in 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately, I never received anything and I tried calling him 3 days in a row. I was diverted to his mail box, which was full always. I may not use his services in future.

Well.....I tried looking on the "list" to find a reputable company in my area (Winter Haven). But unfortunately there was not a single listing for any company! So I called our Homeowners Association management company to see if they could refer a qualified company. They told me that PPMS does all of thier maintenance and repair work for the 34 HOA's that they manage. I called PPMS the following day and was very impressed at thier professionalism from the start. Robin (owner) came out and inspected my house and gave me an estimate that was very detailed and that also fit into my budget. He also looked at a coulple of other minor things that i have on my list to get repaired by the end of the year. We took our time and i never felt like i was being rushed or pressured. Very nice gentleman. PPMS started the painting on my house two days later. One of there techs came out and pressure washed the house the first day and they began prepping and painting the second day. There work was outstanding. They taped off and covered any areas that were not getting painted. They also sealed around all of our windows and doors. They used a good quality paint that came with a warranty and they also warranted there work for an additional 8 years! Our house looks amazing! Robin walked us through the entire process and we also did an inspection with him on the house to make sure we were completly satisfied. I would DEFFINATELY recomend PPMS to any other homeowner!!
