+ 1 moreThe service was preformed according to the quotation with excellent results. Their was a problem with delivery on one of the materials and was taken care of promptly. We are getting a quotation for the whole house to be done in the spring.

Description of Work: I hired Mr. Window to replace 12 damaged screen panels on my pool enclosure, totaling about 180 square feet of screen. After submitting my request through the SnapFix app, I heard from Rob, the owner, within 3 hours. I sent him a detailed list of measurements of the screens that needed to be replaced, and waited for a quote. It took over a week to get a price quote, since Rob was out of town during the time. (I would have figured that someone who did this sort of work frequently would have a set price per square foot that covered supplies, labor, profit, and generating a quote would be a simple matter of multiplying my square footage by this set rate, but apparently, this was not the case). The price I was quoted was somewhat higher than what I was hoping for (actual price came out to around $2.35/square foot, I was hoping for something in the $1.50-1.75 range). When Rob showed up to start my project, I was impressed with his work. He hand-weeded the rock bed around my screen enclosure, and even got out his string trimmer and trimmed around my entire house, and used a blower to clean up the trimmings, at no extra charge. The screens he installed were installed well, and the edges were neatly trimmed. At the end of the project, Rob noticed some other panels which I was originally not going to replace because they weren't damaged, the spline was pulling out, and the screening that was there was not done well. (For some reason, the previous owner of the house decided to install a double layer of screen). He replaced both panels on my screen door, and 1 additional panel, and only charged me for replacing 1 panel. The project did take 2 days to complete. I (and I think Rob as well) were hoping that it could have been completed in only one day. However, the extra time was not a huge issue for me, and the quality is apparent. (I'd rather have a job take a little longer and be done right)

He completed all the work (and made sure we were happy with the results before presenting an invoice) and he did a great job. Not only that, but he recommended some other people who all proved to be excellent for additional work we needed done on the exterior of our house including gutter cleaning. We would use him again in a heartbeat, and probably will!

+ 3 moreFrom the initial contact until after the job was completed, Mr. Window and owner, Rob Scott, proved to be one of the best contractors with which I have ever dealt. He was on time, provided a detailed work to be performed proposal, stayed in continuous communication, and provided punctual status updates. He even went above and beyond the scope of work by replacing two screens that had suffered previous damage, at no extra charge! This is not a flash and dash cheapo contractor. This is a hands-on, conscientious and detail-oriented business, that will provide nothing less than what meets your expectations. It was a pleasure, not only having the work performed at a high level of quality, but also actually having a relationship with a person like Mr. Scott, who gives you the trust and confidence you would want from a contractor.

He too so much care and time when washing the windows etc. He didn't just was the windows, he removed any and all paint spatters and marks on the window frames and sills. His professionalism was superb! We have and will continue to recommend him.
