He is superb, 5- stars all the time on everything. He is really, really good! He did my locks in an excellent manner and very reasonably. I feel so much safer! It was under $200 and fair. If I could give higher ratings, I would. Professional manner, punctual, everything the stars indicate.

They were very helpful.

I had a terrible experience with them. They were supposed to unlock my front door at my office and they sent two young guys who had no experience whatsoever in opening locks and all they did is come with a drill. They had no intention of trying to pick that lock and they brought no tools with them except the drill. I asked if he could try to pick the lock, if he had ever opened a lock before, and unlocked a lock and he said no, he had never done it before. All he was ever planning on doing when he came to my office was drill the lock out and he did not look at other alternatives to get in through the door besides drilling that lock. He wanted to drill out and ruin a $300 doorknob and lock system. When I told them no, we are not drilling that lock and after I told them to leave, the supervisor still tried to call me and try to collect a $65 trip charge, which I refused to pay because they had no intention of doing anything with that lock except drilling the door out. It took me 5 minutes to pull out the molding out of a small window in that door and reach my hand in and unlock the door from the other side and it took me another 5 minutes to repair that door.

He was very nice and right on time. He let us know when he would arrive. I called this morning and he was hear this afternoon and all went well. He is very professional and polite and we are very happy with the work he did. We will use him again in the future if needed. Happy with the work and the person who did it as well.

They are a local and family-owned company. They are very professional on the phone and they always call back to confirm and follow-up. They have the most superior customer service of anyone that I have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond to issues and I haven't had any issues with them.
